We as a family have the reassurance that mum is being very well looked after.

We used Caremark to provide support to my parents for the last 2.5 years; initially in a home visit capacity supporting specifically my fathers needs, and then as their respective health conditions and needs changed we moved to having a live in career to support both parents including end of life care for my father. The staff were always professional, and compassionate, even when dealing with the challenges that progressive dementia can bring. We always felt that they were safe and well looked after, and we were kept well informed of any changes in situation and Caremark frequently stepped in to support any planned and or emergency trips to hospital.

We have used Caremark carers since December 2021and came to appreciate their excellent service and friendliness. During my wife's last months I could not have coped without the help and support of the Caremark staff, both at home and from the office.

We used Caremark for morning care for our 93 year old mother from Oct24-Sep25 who lives on her own. Throughout the year mum and ourselves experienced very professional service from all members of the Caremark team. A very reliable and friendly and competent service. It is such a relief that Caremark come and check that Mum is ok and looking after herself. Their dependability brings us great relief that Mum is looked after when we aren't around. Although resistant to the idea that she needs help, Caremark have helped Mum settle comfortably into the idea of the security that extra support and care is there if and when she needs it.

This is first time my elderly father of 95 has had to use carers and felt very daunting for him and us as a family but Caremark have taken all the stress away and been amazing with all the hurdles we have come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they arrive on time and they are all lovely and caring and can't do enough to help. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Caremark looked after my mother during her final 2 years. The live-in carer was amazing, she managed mum's complex mental health and mobility issues, despite a language barrier, kept her comfortable and safe in her home and constantly monitored her 24/7 and kept her mentally engaged. There were also carers covering breaks, and this service was completely reliable. Her life improved hugely with this care package. Family was kept in touch with mum at all times. One staff member in particular and the rest of the team were very supportive, for example, going the extra mile for to get medication and buy emergency supplies. The carers and staff in the office were a great source of support to me during mum's final days and it has not been forgotten. I can thoroughly recommend Caremark. Many thanks.

The company responded very quickly when I started looking at care companies, coming to our home to meet us both and carry out an assessment of what my husband's needs would be. They were able to provide a carer very quickly following that assessment assigning him a carer with whom they thought he would connect. They were right! For most of those weeks he had the same carer with whom he got on well and therefore I was never worried about him during the time I was out of the house. I found all the staff to be very kind, caring and understanding and if I was looking for a carer at any time in the future. I would have no hesitation in contacting Caremark again.

Caremark took over my care end of May 2024 and will be ending due to my continuing recovery. They have been very professional and caring from the start. With the manager coming out to do a full assessment of my needs and my medical history, and planning how to meet those needs. Throughout the time they looked after me she came in several times to check how things were. I had the same carers each week and got a rota of times - no strangers turned up which was very reassuring. On the first visit, the manager brought the carers to introduce them, this was reassuring to meet them. These ladies have been so kind and helpful taking time to listen to moans and groans helping to do whatever was asked of them. They have been polite, and professional and came when they said they would always turn up. Always had uniforms on and ID. Whenever I spoke to the office the ladies were polite and helpful. I know if I need help in the future I will call them. I would recommend them to anyone. A safe professional service.

Moving the care of my sister to Caremark was one of the best decisions we have made. The management and staff are fully involved, they are professional, compassionate and above all, caring. They have a wide knowledge and experience of the needs of their clients and are a great help in many of the ongoing situations. Due to my friend’s health deteriorating over the last couple of years, her Care-plan has changed with Caremark having to assist her more - collecting her medication from the chemist and assisting with its administration, with more personal care, doing washing, and preparing her meals. With their continued care and support she can stay in her own home which is where she wants to be. I feel my friend is very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after her and this is why I do not hesitate in recommending Caremark.

The quality of care, the attention of the staff and the level of communication with the rest of the family was simply brilliant - they went above and beyond expectations and Mum’s wellbeing was always at the heart of what they did. We were genuinely so pleased that we chose Caremark to look after Mum and would recommend them without reservation to anyone who is thinking about needing carers.

Caremark's service has been excellent. The care has been to a very high standard and is delivered with warmth and enthusiasm. They were adaptable when my father's care needs changed suddenly, after they were employed, which reduced the stress of his condition considerably. They have been proactive in suggesting improvements in care and in other aspects of my father's comfort, which would not have occurred to me. These have helped him considerably and have reduced the stress on his family. Communications have been excellent which has been vital to me as I live some distance away. All recommendations have been well explained and when needed, the team have carried out additional work such as arranging prescriptions and physio which has allowed faster treatment than could have been facilitated by family. Would definitely recommend them.

Caremark provided Dad with care during his last five months. He wanted to be at home and his immediate family lived 120 miles away. Caremark enabled him to remain independent and treated Dad with dignity and respect. Dad was his own person right up to the end, which meant that he could be difficult, but this did not phase Caremark. Their service was reliable, friendly and professional and they always kept his family informed. The carers called to see Dad in addition to their allocated care slots if they had any concerns about him and were accessible to his family via text and phone at all times. We really appreciated their support and highly recommend.

I have always found the Caremark team to be highly professional and reliable. All the carers are positive and cheerful and engage well with my mother. She particularly enjoys the music and sing-a-longs! The carers show great kindness and patience and always treat my mother with respect and warmth. I know that she feels very comfortable with them. Would definitely recommend.
