My mum receives great care and although we have had to lower the number of calls she gets, the care and professionalism are still great. Mum loves having the same lady come and care for her, they have built up a nice rapport. She has also had other carers when her usual one isn't available and they have all been lovely. The only thing I will say is when a carer takes a lot longer to do the caring needed, no different to any other day, then we get charged for that but that wouldn't make me change companies. Mum and I are very happy with the service we receive. I also love the app. Being able to keep track of who's coming, what time and when they have been to see any comments left is a great addition and one of the reasons I swayed towards choosing 1st Homecare Solutions Ltd to care for my mum.

They have stoically maintained care cover in the most challenging of circumstances. The past two years have been particularly difficult on families unable to visit loved ones, throughout long periods of lockdown. We feel very fortunate that, due to the consistent commitment and level of care provided by this agency, Mum suffered none of the isolation difficulties felt by so many. 1st Homecare worked tirelessly meeting their commitment day after day without complaint. They deserve the awards and accolades gifted in recognition of the outstanding quality of care they provide.

Both Mother and I are very pleased with the care Mum has received from all of the carers, since they took over as Mother's carers, in early February. All of the carers are very friendly and take the time to have a conversation with Mum, whilst getting on with the job. Most of our calls are on time, but in the event of something happening, we are always called to advise us of the delay. Mum's health has greatly improved since she has been having carers and it makes my life a lot easier as well.

The carers are very good. Timings of carers are not usually correct. I would like a telephone call when the times are changed. The staff are not good in the office, they don't give a message to each other.

I have been happy with the work, dedication, friendly attitude and devotion, I have received from the carers. They are a great bunch of people and Homecare are very fortunate to have employed these lovely people.

1st Homecare provided an excellent service, helping my Mum before and after a hospital stay just prior to Christmas. Mum liked all the carers, they were very friendly and kind and generally on time each day. We are only stopping the service because Mum has fully recovered and regained her independence, thank goodness, but I would absolutely call on them again if Mum felt she needed a bit more help.

We are very happy with the care provided for mum. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. We cannot fault the care staff. They are kind and sensitive to mum's needs. Always on time and happy. It’s our first time that we’ve had to consider outside care. It is all very daunting but feel we made the right choice with this company. We are confident to recommend to others.

The carers are kind and helpful, and the managers and office staff were extremely responsive to my parent's changing situation and had visits organised very quickly. The online app worked very well so that I could see what the carers had done on a daily basis and it was a good method of communication.

The carers attending to my mother are kind and helpful and she feels comfortable with them. The app is very useful for checking how things are going when I can't be there. The staff in the office are always helpful if any issues do arise.

I've been having 1st Homecare for a few months and have found it a nice experience. The carers help me get out of the house to socialise. Nothing seems to be too much for them to do for you and they often go out of their way for you.
