The carers are very good. Timings of carers are not usually correct. I would like a telephone call when the times are changed. The staff are not good in the office, they don't give a message to each other.

I have been happy with the work, dedication, friendly attitude and devotion, I have received from the carers. They are a great bunch of people and Homecare are very fortunate to have employed these lovely people.
1st Homecare provided an excellent service, helping my Mum before and after a hospital stay just prior to Christmas. Mum liked all the carers, they were very friendly and kind and generally on time each day. We are only stopping the service because Mum has fully recovered and regained her independence, thank goodness, but I would absolutely call on them again if Mum felt she needed a bit more help.
We are very happy with the care provided for mum. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. We cannot fault the care staff. They are kind and sensitive to mum's needs. Always on time and happy. It’s our first time that we’ve had to consider outside care. It is all very daunting but feel we made the right choice with this company. We are confident to recommend to others.

The carers are kind and helpful, and the managers and office staff were extremely responsive to my parent's changing situation and had visits organised very quickly. The online app worked very well so that I could see what the carers had done on a daily basis and it was a good method of communication.

I've been having 1st Homecare for a few months and have found it a nice experience. The carers help me get out of the house to socialise. Nothing seems to be too much for them to do for you and they often go out of their way for you.
All of the carers are thoughtful and very good at their jobs. They keep my dignity intact and also always ask for consent. The carers help me to take care of my pet parrot.

My mum who passed away last November was cared for by 1st Homecare. 99% of the staff were fab, caring and very supportive. I know that mum and I sometimes found the timetable a little frustrating but sadly this is the nature of care in the home. But the carers, in main, (one that mum did not take to wasn't with the company very long) were lively and supportive and understanding and funny and above all caring and human. I am always amazed at those who undertake this work knowing how little they are paid and so much is expected of them. Thank you!

Annabella has been a director for over 10 years and is passionate about providing great care for our lovely clients. She takes responsibility for all training and compliance standards across the Group.
In her spare time, she is an accomplished member of a local choir called the Aylesbury Consort of Voices.
I have worked for 1st Homecare (including times when it had a different name) for over 25 years. I am passionate about care and will always do my very best to ensure that our lovely clients are well looked after.
