The carers attending to my mother are kind and helpful and she feels comfortable with them. The app is very useful for checking how things are going when I can't be there. The staff in the office are always helpful if any issues do arise.

I've been having 1st Homecare for a few months and have found it a nice experience. The carers help me get out of the house to socialise. Nothing seems to be too much for them to do for you and they often go out of their way for you.

My mum who passed away last November was cared for by 1st Homecare. 99% of the staff were fab, caring and very supportive. I know that mum and I sometimes found the timetable a little frustrating but sadly this is the nature of care in the home. But the carers, in main, (one that mum did not take to
wasn't with the company very long) were lively and supportive and understanding and funny and above all caring and human. I am always amazed at those who undertake this work knowing how little they are paid and so much is expected of them. Thank you!

I cannot praise the carers too highly, they are without exception not only kind and caring but always cheerful when dealing with any of our needs. Keeping us informed when minor changes occur (recent snow) and communication with us is at a very high standard. It's always a pleasure to see them they

MacMillian set up this home care. I was very unsure due to stories you hear...
Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. They were considerate with 'taking over' they listened to me, where compassionate, honest and patient. Just a fabulous team of people. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent time
listening to me crying and chatting.

It's a shame that there is a shortage of carers as it would have been nice to have a carer earlier in the morning. Staff attendance good and caring which was nice. Know time is of the essence but in some cases a bed made well makes all the difference. I was grateful for the help and understand how some
clients wish to be independent but ant quite cope without exhausting themselves. I did try to help on this score. Overall, no complaints and thank you for being able to help before I could get there in the morning and the help in the evening after I left.
