Circle of Care Service

The carers and staff at COC are the perfect combination of professional and human, which is difficult to get at other agencies. Protocols are maintained always, but there is always feedback that makes the experience personalised and warm.

The love and care that the staff showed my mother was overwhelming. They took their time and showed great respect, even when things were very difficult. We couldn't have asked for more. My mother loved all who cared for her. The team worked together so well and became part of our family life without being intrusive.

My wife was dying of C.J.D diagnosed on October 2023. Circle of Care provided carers from week 2, instructed by palliative care. They started on the day the instruction was received, expanded to 2 carers 3 times a day 2 days later and later 24 hour care. The performance of all the carers was exemplary, being very friendly to myself and very patient when my wife proved difficult. She declined rapidly from being able to walk (supported by the carers) to being bed bound. I cannot imagine caring being performed better!

The office staff are also very supportive and easily contactable. The carers are also from a Caribbean and African background, which makes them easily relatable. His carer makes his cultural food and is able to communicate with him in his dialect. I feel at peace with the team caring for my father and I will forever be thankful to them.

We are happy with the care service provided to our father from January 2023 to March 2023. The carers were usually punctual, pleasant and helpful. They treated our father with dignity and respect and were also lovely with our elderly mother, who has dementia. All the carers were sensitive to the needs of our father and ensured he was clean and comfortable before leaving for their next visit. We have no complaints and would like to thank the care team for the excellent service provided.

I found the carers to be very reliable, they arrived at the agreed times. The care they gave my former husband was very thoughtful taking his specific needs carefully into consideration. He had complex and substantial care needs. The carers were respectful of his distressing situation and always consulted him on what was helpful and most comfortable for him. The carers worked in close collaboration with both my husband and myself.

All the carers who came to look after my husband are amazing. I could not manage without them. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful. They cared for my mum very well. They were on time. They assisted us when we needed. Thank you so much for everything.

I speak on behalf of all my family when I say that we couldn't be happier with my grandmother's care. Her carers always work with a smile and an infectiously positive attitude. We never feel like we are rushing but always shown an abundance of patience by taking the time to sit and chat with my grandmother. They have become dear friends and it makes me so happy that my grandmother is treated with genuine care, personal interest and empathy. We cannot thank you enough.
