Charter Care - Caring for You

Not very often you get a reply from queries.

I've always been happy with charter care.my late husband used the service first, and after he died, I found myself needing your service, it has been my biggest help. I highly recommend you to anyone in need of care.

After going through a few care providers, found an absolute gem in Charter Care. Their carers are efficient, friendly, punctual with good communication. I always know my parent is being well looked after and in safe hands. Well done, Charter Care!

My overall experience since the beginning is excellent

Mom was supported by a small team of carers including a key worker. They assisted mom with medication, meals and personal care. She enjoyed the visits and the carers were solicitous. They always kept in touch with me if there were problems or mom was ill. The office was also helpful and supportive. Mom went into a care home for end of life care for her last few days but her key worker phoned to see how mom was, visited her in the home and saw mom off from her house for her funeral.

We have only been using Charter Care for a month, for my mom who has Alzheimer's and now needs assistance during certain times of the day when us daughters can't be there, due to work commitments.

It was a huge decision to allow a care company into mom's house, but Charter Care listened to our requirements and fears during the initial meeting and have placed carers that are perfectly suited to assist mom. The two main carers in particular are so very kind, warm, respectful and well, caring towards my mom, which has made this whole fearful and stressful process so much easier for us all. Mom has been very accepting of this additional help, despite our fears. That has been down to the carers who have been let into mom's safe space, her home.

So far, our experience has been nothing but positive with Charter Care and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of introducing carers into their loved one's lives. Well done Charter Care and thank you - keep up the amazing work!

My father receives excellent care and attention from all the care workers. They are kind and understand him well and show true compassion. They are always helpful and offer good advice. I recommend charter care

After using 4 very unreliable poor care agencies, Someone mentioned Charter care, so glad they did. Tony my fathers main carer is brilliant and always on time and efficient and a really pleasant gentleman to talk to. The main office is always easy to contact and the phone app makes things great for relatives to check up on. It's early days for us but i cannot fault the agency absolute A1 service.

She also has a cleaning call with Charter care and her home is always kept so clean and tidy. I really can't thank you enough with what you do for mom I dont know what I would do without you all. Keep up the fantastic work and I recommend you highly to anyone who's asks.

The care that my mom received from Charter Care was exceptional. This was the third care agency we had tried and by far the best until mom had to go into a home. I would recommend the care from charter Care over and over again. The app was amazing to see exactly what had happened during the visit and put our minds at rest.

Any concerns or issues that I have raised have been dealt with in a professional manner and staff are always willing to listen and help wherever possible.

I am very pleased with the service being provided to my father, the carers are very attentive and caring and any issues albeit small which have arisen have been dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction

Very pleaseed wih care my aunty as been recieving , it makes her so at ease that the carer she as is very friendy and very caring with my aunt . Its good that she gets the same carer most of time as she does struggle if its different people .

My mum has been using Charter Care for the passed two months, She has a 2hr sit and mum is very happy and cheerful when a particular staff member comes around who sits with her very happy with Overall experience 5* My mum looks forward to her Weekly visit. Would Recommend

Telephone conversation with charter care today, very helpful regarding my mom who's been in hospital for sometime and hope once she's a little better to resume the care package with this company as she has always received the best and most compassionate care without any problems, keep doing what you are doing well done.

My elderly father returned home after 13 weeks in the QE Birmingham. He's very frail and bed bound(age 91). Since returning home the care he's received has been exceptional.His carers go above and beyond their required remit. He's doubly incontinent and they show him compassion, and empathy whilst still allowing him to retain his dignity. I would like to mention his main carer who provides support for all his needs ably assisted by 4 members of staff in particular and others whose names I don't have. I live in Scotland and myself and my wife feel assured and relieved that my father is being looked after by such caring people. Thank you to you all.
