This agency has been a life line for me and my husband. They are more than an agency in care, home help and any other support. I feel that I can always pick up the phone which is peace of mind when I am alone in this house.

I can't fault this company for the standard of care that they provide to my mother but also for the support that they provide to us as the wider family. It was a difficult task to persuade mum that a bit of extra support would not only help her but also reduce the burden on us. Mum is absolutely delighted with the caregiver that has been matched to her, they have become real friends. It has also significantly reduced my stress levels knowing that there is another pair of eyes on the ground as well as a team that I can turn to.

The service went very well and everything discussed on my husbands care and his needs. Every time we had care either come out or talk over the phone it has been very courteous and compassionate with our concerns. Always very polite and caring.

Home Instead in Epson keeps us very well informed of any changes in care givers schedule and any concerns they have concerning my mother. The care givers are all kind, polite and willing to do any tasks needed. They are professional , carrying out any task that are not in our remit. Regular reviews that help us monitor our mothers escalating dementia.

Appointment made in advance. The reviewer to care to look at any changing needs my mother has or is likely to have in the near future. In particular we discussed a forthcoming hip operation and care required. This review was easy as my mum's carer is fantastic and is quick to notify of any issues and gives hands on practical support. Brilliant!

There is nothing negative to say about Home Instead, their staff are reliable and caring. When a designated carer cannot attend, then a known carer stands in. They have always been able to accommodate changes in circumstances which takes the pressure off our family. We have regular visits from the management to update the care plan and discuss my parents needs.

From first contacting Home Instead we have been treated with care and compassion. From our initial conversation up until we met our carer we have had a very professional service. Mum is happy with her carer and they get on well, with a result for our family.

I like all my contact with the company so far, from my very first phone call to the office. They are fantastic, so friendly and supportive. I look forward to any contact even care reviews from the office staff as that will also be pretty much guaranteed to include not just a very good, useful, proactive and all you need from a review it will also be a good chat, a lot of laughs, smiles with genuine help and advice far beyond any care service I have experienced before if only I had found them five years ago from day one of needing the extra help!

The office staff were always helpful, responsive and proactive. If I contacted them I was always certain to get a prompt response. The care workers were kind and supportive to mum and encouraged her to try and keep doing things. They fed back any concerns appropriately either directly to me or to the office. These were always helpful remarks and suggestions. Home Instead have given my brother and myself confidence that mum is safe and able to stay in her own home. This peace of mind is especially important as neither of us live locally. Thank you Home Instead Epsom.
