I cannot praise too highly the carers who have been looking after my mother so well. They have been everything I could possibly have hoped for. They have kept me informed of any concerns and I am entirely confident giving them access to the home of my very vulnerable mother. Home Instead carers are very well trained in all aspects of caring for the vulnerable as demonstrated by one carer, I think. When my mother's doctor called in to say goodbye.

She refused to admit him until she was confident he was who he said he was. Home Instead has provided me with peace of mind to go out for a day or overnight knowing that even if the carer were ill someone was available to cover. Many many thanks.

My mother has mostly had the same carer, with deputies for holidays etc. All the carers are introduced beforehand, and all have been pleasant people who have formed a good relationship with my mother, and myself, and have carried out their duties to a high standard. They do shopping, handling my mother's money, and I have never had any cause for concern about this, I have complete trust in their integrity.

The back office support, organisation and communication are excellent, there has never been an operational problem.

There is regular separate monitoring of quality, at which I can give feedback and raise issues.

Cost always a concern, but I think the excellent quality of overall service represents value for money.

Really happy with the support I have been receiving over the past 2 years with my mother in law, we have received great care and built up a great relationship with the support staff at Home Instead, they have guided and given us advice about my mother in law, who suffers from Alzheimer's.
I will always and have always, highly recommend Home Instead.

Thanks for everything.

All of the team at Home Instead Senior Care (Epsom & Mole Valley) have supported me really well for the 4 years that I have been seeing them. They all go above and beyond the call of duty and have become firm friends. They enable me to lead an independent life and are always pro-active and suggest things that make my life more much better than it could be. My mum, who does not live near by is also really pleased that my support is in such good and caring hands.

We have used this company for my mother, who is 93yrs old, for the last 2-3years and found them after searching for home care online.
From day one they have proved to be extremely helpful and are always available to offer guidance then needed. My mother has 2 carers who come in 3 days a week. She has bonded so with both of them, nothing is too much trouble.
As both myself and my brother live some distance away, it is of great comfort to us to know that she is in such good hands.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I have been a client of Home Instead since August when I fell over and became immobilised. Home Instead arranged for a carer to come every morning and later in the evenings too. This was all arranged successfully at very short notice. The carers were introduced to me by the director on the day they began caring. I had the same carers all the time, so I got to know them and they me.

It is the policy of Home Instead to match each client with a compatible carer. This has worked very well for me and I am very impressed with the dedicated team at Home Instead.

Home Instead has been providing care for my mother for the last 3 or 4 years. The level of service has increased as her dementia has advanced. Their service has enabled her to stay in her own home much longer than we could have hoped. All the carers who took care of my mother were very professional, warm, kind and caring. They were obviously trained in dealing with her dementia and limited sight. The agency was very good at keeping me appraised of her declining abilities, which was extremely helpful to me as I live in the U.S.

I would like to record the commitment and care shown by all of the (Caregivers) which has been truly remarkable and far beyond that which we anticipated at the start, not so much carers as part of the family who have brightened my mother’s days fulfilling her wish to be in her own home, for which I thank you all.

Home Instead Senior Care are a very good run, caring agency. My mum is 95 and suffers from Dementia and they are very caring and making mum happy. They make her drinks, take her out and overall I have great trust in them to look after my mum. They are very good to my mum and if there is a problem they will deal with it or will call me.

Home Instead are excellent. They match the carers with the clients. The carers do whatever you want no matter how small the job and most of all they become a friend. They are always on time, even allowing for bad traffic problems so there is no waiting around and they soon get to know your likes and dislikes. The office staff are nearly always efficient and are always friendly.

A spot check every 3 months is brilliant as carers are not made aware of when it is happening, all in all if I have to have carers Home Instead provide an excellent service.

My husband is cared for by 2 carers who attend each week day and alternate weekends. From 8am to 10am. They give him personal care, provided breakfast and as they have been coming since Sept 2014 they are part of the family in helping him and me. I am fit and well and have a cleaner or gardener to help. A quality assurance officer from Home Instead Senior Care comes every 3 weeks to see us and is very helpful.

Very pleased with the standard of care given to my friend. The carers treat him with dignity and respect - he enjoys their company.

Home Instead also do very regular checks with ourselves (live-in carers) and with his family. Making sure all is okay and if anything has changed or is needed.

Discovered Home Instead approximately nine months ago to care for my elderly father. Chose them because of the reviews on the website. We have been really pleased with the service, the carers have been amazing. My father sadly passed away in October but we decided to continue with the carers as companions for my mother, which has helped to ease her loss. We were impressed how Home Instead addressed the needs of the client and organised appropriate carers, it brightened up my dads days and he loved it when he got taken out to lunch or had visits to various places.
