I think you are all brilliant, you have made a massive difference to my life, carers help me in my home, as well as taking me to appointments, without my carers my life would be extremly difficult

I am pleased with the care and support that we are getting from yourselves. The cares are very good, pleasant and chatty.

I thought it was about time that I wrote another review about Bridgewater Homecare (Wigan) how they have improved the quality of care for my wife as well as the support that they have given me over the last 8 years.

I would like to start by thanking Bridgewater for all their hard work, I have now been with Bridgewater for over 8 years, so they must be doing something right. I had use other care agencies before Bridgewater, but none of them compared to the help and support Bridgewater have given me.

Since my last review, around 3 years ago, I have had 5 army reunions one of them being in Germany, I had a five-day holiday in Tenerife while Bridgewater carers provided 24/7 support. A few months ago, I was myself rushed into hospital at very sort notice and had to spend 8 days in hospital recovering. Even with the sort notice the care company put 24/7 support within hours and told me not to worry. I was so grateful that I could concentrate on my recovery, when I did get back home the ca

I have found this an excellent service. The carers really care and carry out all their tasks skilfully and cheerfully. I have very much enjoyed meeting these girls and learning something of their lives. They work so hard. This has been a really happy experience - I look forward to its continuing

Always come on time, very nice staff. My husband is very happy with the staff that come and like the conversations they have. Grateful for the support that enables me to go out. Just would like the care in a morning to get him up as all the staff is very organised and my husband would be happy with that. So that we can change over to Bridgewater Home Care for all his care.

The whole team were friendly, professional and always available. We felt immediately at ease from the moment we met the Bridgewater Home Care staff and really appreciated the way they stepped so seamlessly into the crisis position we felt we were in. The care provided gave my grandad some lovely weeks at home before he died just as he wished and we loved the fact he thought he had a cook and was able to eat the food he loved the way he liked it. We enjoyed and were comforted by the diary of visits we were able to read and loved that Grandad was making friends with your team of carers who always seemed to have time to chat whilst keeping his home shipshape and attending to his personal and health needs.

The attention I receive from carers is excellent. If I need to contact the office staff they are very helpful and obliging. Any one of the carers goes beyond the call of duty and nothing you ask for is too much trouble.

From day one we have been absolutely delighted with the service provided by the carers and staff at Bridgewater. The ladies who come to look after my father are all so kind and genuinely care for him, nothing is too much trouble. They are very patient and always treat him with the utmost dignity. We really couldn't be happier!

Bridgewater Home Care have taken the very best care of my mum (and my dad before her) for over six years. They helped Mum live independently in her own home with kindness and the utmost caring professionalism. Bridgewater always put my mum's needs at the forefront of everything. Their support, kindness and knowledge of what mum needed and wanted was exemplary. Each and every carer was her friend. The office staff were always amazingly responsive, calm and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used Bridgewater Home Care for two nights per week for approximately eighteen months. They cared for my dad during the night, changing incontinence pads, applying creams prescribed from chemist and ensuring he was comfortable and settled in bed. Carers were always on time and always keen to know how Dad had been. Staff were very professional at all times. Gave good handovers regarding Dad's condition and providing any medical advice I could discuss with GP. Staff treated Dad with respect and care. I always felt Dad was in safe hands.

No complaints so far.

All staff are on time and extremely respectful. I know in advance who is coming and at what time. The office staff will ring me if there's any changes to the published schedule - I find this very useful and helpful to Mum. I can recommend Bridgewater for all care for clients with dementia.
