It's unclear to me whether there is not enough clarity in communication between senior and junior management - surprising given the efficiency of senior management. Or whether it's simply a matter of a disconnect and carry through between stated intent and actual delivery and coordination of this care by other staff members. Not enough space here for details but suffice to say that if a company with good corporate values like Sevacare/Synergy can fail repeatedly, what hope then for the lesser gods? My advice? Keep a close eye on how your chosen care provider manages your complaints. Synergy failed me, despite their good intentions.
