My care was basically washing and dressing in the morning and assistance in the evening. The carers ware all excellent and very friendly and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them if you need care. John W.

I woud like to take a moment and say how amazing Bluebird carers are. For just short of 24 months my Dad had carers in every day and they were all amazing. Nothing he asked them was too much trouble. Thank you so much for everything his angels without wings.

All the staff are very pleasant and competent in what they do. They have a good rapport with my husband and motivate him. Their timekeeping is good and can always accommodate any additional hours that are requested. I feel confident in their daily one hour care each morning. They have been a Godsend.

Bluebird started looking after my wife Verena over 5 years ago and I continued to use their services after she passed away 2 years ago. I find the visits 3 times a week very helpful covering household chores, personal care and social interaction. They are reliable and friendly which is how I like it.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my mother has received from Bluebird Care. They are all very Approachable and flexible. The timekeeping is excellent carers arrive on time always happy and helpful. I have found all the carers kind not only with me but especially with my mother . I cannot express how much help and support the team have given to my son and the family. They are so caring considerate and very professional. My brother in law received his first visit in November 2024. Every night since then he has been delighted with the service he has received, he really looks forward to each visit enjoying the banter, and the proffesional and respectful way he is treated.

My parents and I have been very impressed with the service provided by Bluebird care. I asked Bluebird to meet my parents to explain what support could be provided. A staff member gave me an in depth report of the visit giving an account of how my parents responded and what could be arranged moving forward. Since we assigned Bluebird to a weekly visit they have done excellent work supporting my dad who has dementia and assisting my mother. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

Punctual and polite. They always make you feel at ease when with you, may have only been with them for a month or so, so would promote their services to other people who might need help in future for their care.

We have been really pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Care. After several falls it was becoming increasingly difficult for our father to live at home on his own since none of us live in the immediate area. We had a live-in carer provided by Bluebird for two weeks which my father really enjoyed in the end (he was a bit sceptical in the beginning!), he made progress getting back on his feet and felt much safer having someone around 24/7. After the live-in care period finished, we have had three visits per day organised by Bluebird. I can always see on an app what time visits are booked for, what is planned and what has been done which is extremely helpful. The carers are all lovely and the staff in the office are incredibly kind and helpful, just a phone call or email away and they always write back immediately if there are questions or queries. It's very easy to adapt the care schedule. I thoroughly recommend Bluebird.

I am very pleased with the service I receive Monday to Friday, I have the same girl every day and she is always on time. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anybody at all and have already done so.

I cannot commend Bluebird Care agency enough, I know for a fact that Mum would not be in her own home now if it wasn’t for all the love and fabulous care Mum has received. This stems from management to carers. They look after Mum like they would their own mum and as a nurse myself, I know this is hard to come by. Even my mum’s little dog is loved and looked after care by the lovely care staff. I can’t thank Bluebird enough, keep doing what you are doing! You are all amazing.

My late father, who passed away in February, had the services of Bluebird Care for several years. We got to know individual carers very well which is a great bonus, particularly to elderly people in terms of reassurance and familiarity. Carers were always kind, considerate, empathetic and reliable. My mother continues to have Bluebird 'sitters' several times a week and she enjoys chatting to them. They show an interest in each client, which is so important. Thank you.
