Our fees range depending on the length of the calls that are required. The fees are discussed at the initial enquiry stage. We believe that our fees are in line with other providers in our local area.
We can deliver 15 minute calls through to 1 hour calls or more if required. Calls can be once a day or up to four times a day depending on the needs of the individual receiving the care. We also offer round the clock Live In Care as an alternative to moving into a Care Home for individuals or couples.

Simon's background in customer service management for retailers and banks has driven his desire to ensure that we constantly meet the customers' needs and expectations. He has a passion for care and has built his business on his cornerstones of the business which are: QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and TRUST.
Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire services have grown, and we are regularly requested to provide care for elderly customers, supporting learning disabilities and those with physical disabilities. We are currently working alongside private customers, Age UK, Cheshire West and Flintshire Social Services, Child and Adult Mental Health teams, insurance providers and local hospices.
Ann joined Bluebird Care in January 2019 and came to us with lots of finance experience. She supports the team with invoicing and payroll. Ann works closely with Simon, the Director, in managing the business's finances.
Vicky started as a Care Assistant and has worked her way through the ranks, and is now our Deputy Manager. She works hard to ensure that all the customers are receiving the highest quality of care by training and supporting the care team who provide this. She is a great asset to the team.
Louise has been a loyal member of our Bluebird Care team since December 2017. She has been involved with care delivery and coordinating care for our customers. Louise also plays an important part in the training and development of all of our care team.
