Bluebird started looking after my wife Verena over 5 years ago and I continued to use their services after she passed away 2 years ago. I find the visits 3 times a week very helpful covering household chores, personal care and social interaction. They are reliable and friendly which is how I like it.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my mother has received from Bluebird Care. They are all very Approachable and flexible. The timekeeping is excellent carers arrive on time always happy and helpful. I have found all the carers kind not only with me but especially with my mother . I recently visited to find my Dad happy and relaxed, warm and comfortable-he was dressed appropriately in warm clean fresh clothes and was clearly showered, shaved, teeth cleaned, hair clean and brushed -such a delight to see him as he was when my Mum was with us!
The house was immaculate-clean and tidy -washing up done- surfaces wiped -washing done -a small amount of hoovering done too to maintain the cleanliness. All our requests regarding his meals have been followed and there are rarely uneaten meals left on the table as the carers have understood that he needs companionship while he eats.
We love the feedback from the visits and the fact that the carers are taking the time to talk to my Dad as well as caring for his basic needs.

My brother in law received his first visit in November 2024. Every night since then he has been delighted with the service he has received, he really looks forward to each visit enjoying the banter, and the proffesional and respectful way he is treated.

The app is an excellent way for family to read the daily report and see who provided care each day and how it went.
Visits have been timely apart from one day when the carer ran an hour late but accept these things happen on occasions so no problem.
Staff have been attentive and the family are happy and have no complaints. Great service thank you.

But along came my angels without wings. I have my personal care creams and deodorants applied. Then downstairs and they make me a brew just as I like it. And then we have a good chat put the world to right. Nothing is too much trouble for these angels coming in and looking after my needs, but now I couldn't do without them. My parents and I have been very impressed with the service provided by Bluebird care. I asked Bluebird to meet my parents to explain what support could be provided. A staff member gave me an in depth report of the visit giving an account of how my parents responded and what could be arranged moving forward. Since we assigned Bluebird to a weekly visit they have done excellent work supporting my dad who has dementia and assisting my mother. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

We have been really pleased with the care provided by Bluebird Care. After several falls it was becoming increasingly difficult for our father to live at home on his own since none of us live in the immediate area. We had a live-in carer provided by Bluebird for two weeks which my father really enjoyed in the end (he was a bit sceptical in the beginning!), he made progress getting back on his feet and felt much safer having someone around 24/7. After the live-in care period finished, we have had three visits per day organised by Bluebird. I can always see on an app what time visits are booked for, what is planned and what has been done which is extremely helpful. The carers are all lovely and the staff in the office are incredibly kind and helpful, just a phone call or email away and they always write back immediately if there are questions or queries. It's very easy to adapt the care schedule. I thoroughly recommend Bluebird.

I cannot commend Bluebird Care agency enough, I know for a fact that Mum would not be in her own home now if it wasn’t for all the love and fabulous care Mum has received. This stems from management to carers. They look after Mum like they would their own mum and as a nurse myself, I know this is hard to come by. Even my mum’s little dog is loved and looked after care by the lovely care staff. I can’t thank Bluebird enough, keep doing what you are doing! You are all amazing.

They go above and beyond. We’ve had some difficulties with Mum and they have been utterly amazing, both carers and management alike and I cannot praise their kindness and professionalism enough.

My late father, who passed away in February, had the services of Bluebird Care for several years. We got to know individual carers very well which is a great bonus, particularly to elderly people in terms of reassurance and familiarity. Carers were always kind, considerate, empathetic and reliable. My mother continues to have Bluebird 'sitters' several times a week and she enjoys chatting to them. They show an interest in each client, which is so important. Thank you.

The moment my elderly cousin needed care and I had got in touch, the efficiency of setting a plan up was really good. My mother was able to continue to live in her own home with kind and compassionate care on her daily care visit up until a fall resulted in her having to go into nursing care. The family are so very grateful for the extra months she was able to have at home.

We have been using Bluebird Care since January 2023 and the company has now sourced two regular, reliable and kind carers.
Each of the two carers brings their own personality to their caring role and I feel that I can trust each of them completely with the safety and well-being of Mum which in turn gives me freedom to continue with my own job and daily activities.
Mum has dementia however both carers ensure Mum never feels alone and by doing activities and engaging in natural conversation with her, I feel this has had a positive impact on Mum’s overall mental well-being.
On occasions when I’ve had any queries about care in general terms, I would say that Bluebird Care has listened and responded appropriately and in a timely manner.

Meet the Team (5)
Rebecca joined Bluebird Care in Autumn 2017 and came with lots of skills in management and leadership. She supports the growth of the business whilst also supporting the operational side. Rebecca enjoys meeting the customers whilst conducting reviews out in the community. She is also keen on finding ways to engage with the local community and has developed links that have been beneficial to both carers and customers.
Rebecca is passionate about promoting career pathways linked to Health and Social Care and can quite often be found giving talks to local schools and college pupils about opportunities available to them.
Rebecca is the Registered Manager for both England and Wales, ensuring all regulations are met for the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales.
Simon's background in customer service management for retailers and banks has driven his desire to ensure that we constantly meet the customers' needs and expectations. He has a passion for care and has built his business on his cornerstones of the business which are: QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and TRUST.
Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire services have grown, and we are regularly requested to provide care for elderly customers, supporting learning disabilities and those with physical disabilities. We are currently working alongside private customers, Age UK, Cheshire West and Flintshire Social Services, Child and Adult Mental Health teams, insurance providers and local hospices.
Ann joined Bluebird Care in January 2019 and came to us with lots of finance experience. She supports the team with invoicing and payroll. Ann works closely with Simon, the Director, in managing the business's finances.
Vicky started as a Care Assistant and has worked her way through the ranks, and is now our Deputy Manager. She works hard to ensure that all the customers are receiving the highest quality of care by training and supporting the care team who provide this. She is a great asset to the team.
Louise has been a loyal member of our Bluebird Care team since December 2017. She has been involved with care delivery and coordinating care for our customers. Louise also plays an important part in the training and development of all of our care team.
