Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Flintshire

Bluebird have attended my mum, weekdays for two years now. They are consistently attentive and sensitive to arisings, inevitable with older people. They always respond to arisings quickly. They show initiative to contact medics if required. My mum likes them.

Bluebird Care has been looking after my husband now for almost three years. At first, everything was new to us and at times, very trying, but with the care and determination of the carers, things have become so much easier. They have become part of our family and they help and support not only my husband, but myself too.

Bluebird Care has been providing help for my husband for some time now. Everyone is really nice and helpful our regular carer, is so good with my husband and tries so hard to get him to go for a walk! He might yet surprise her and agree! Everyone who has been here and everyone in the office is really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I’m very happy with the service we get from Bluebird Care.

My brother and I were so grateful to Bluebird for all the care they gave mum in the last year of her life. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

My husband, who is also my carer enjoys the friendly staff when they visit us. Ours is for social contact purposes at the moment but who knows what our needs will be in the future. A reliable service, always on time which means you can plan your day.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluebird. They have cared for my dad for the past few years and their professionalism and kindness shown has been second to none. They truly have cared for my dad and nothing was ever too much trouble. If ever they noticed anything they needed attending they would contact me straight away. The caring attitude of the staff and their knowledge is first class. They treated dad with the utmost dignity at all times. I know my dad and our family are very thankful for how they have helped my dad remain in his own home these past few years.

I contacted Bluebird Cheshire West several years ago when we began to need a little additional help for my in-laws, (who were very resistant to the idea!). From the outset, the team were friendly, helpful and flexible, and they continued to be so for the years that we have used them. Gradually we needed additional hours and sometimes needed to change our plans at short notice. Our requests were always dealt with professionally and with understanding and patience. The caregivers are lovely people, we have met many of them. In short, we would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Cheshire West to anyone in the area needing care.

All the staff that visit us, whether they are our regular ones or occasional or on-call are very polite and more than willing. They always manage to carry out mothers' wishes every day and have a nice chat with her during their visit; which is most important as she is very limited on going out and about and consequently doesn't see many people, to chat to, apart from the care and me. They inform me every week of the planned daily time of the visit, who it will be and generally stick to the rota so all in all, we get what is needed and with a smile.

Bluebird carers are very compassionate and treat Mum with patience, respect and understanding, particularly in these troubled times. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given Mum over the last 3+ years and for the company keeping me informed of any issues. Living so far away from Mum, it's a comfort to know that if ever I need to contact Bluebird there is always someone there and that I will have an immediate response, and any problem dealt with.

Bluebird have been caring for brother for over 2 years and during this time have been essential to him living in his own home. He loves to see the carers coming in, they always have a smile and communicate with him very well. They treat him with the utmost respect when bathing and getting him dressed. Dispensing his medication and ensuring his needs are met at all times. I have to say without their care he would not be living happily at home. Nothing is too much trouble if you need extra help and care they will always endeavour to put additional care in place when needed and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone. All the staff are wonderful and deserve a medal. Without them, we as a family would be lost.

My mother has been using Bluebird care since December 2017 she in the early stages of Dementia but is coping very well. She has care going in every day and is very very happy with the care she receives from Bluebird, her carers are supportive, highly professional, attentive, super friendly and empathic to her current needs. We as a family are extremely relieved and happy Mum is seen every day as we live some distance away. When we have had the need to contact Bluebird they have been supportive and dealt with any issues promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend them as a care provider.

I receive care from Bluebird every day as I suffer from short-term memory loss and I live alone. My carers come every day and check I have taken my medication and see to anything else I require. I find they are very caring, and treat me with the utmost respect and are very willing to help with anything else I require. I have found they are professional, reliable and arrive on time and sometimes it’s just lovely to have someone to talk to. I would recommend them as an excellent caring company.
