One lady is brilliant with Mum; we really miss her when she's not here. She goes the extra mile. Some of the others need to be more firm with Mum regarding her eating.

My mum has been looked after for over a year now and the service has been excellent. The carers who come are all lovely, good workers and leave the house tidy. The care is sensitive and thoughtful and we have a good rapport with the staff. There is good communication and the continuity of the carers who come is good so Mum feels safe and relaxed.
Caremark are fantastic and each carer we have met has been warm, kind and easy to be around. They bend over backwards to accommodate my son and his needs and mine too. I look forward to my son’s carers coming, not only because my son loves them and they’re so loving towards him, but because they’re lovely to me too and I can have a break knowing my precious boy is in amazingly capable hands. Thank you for everything, you’ve made such a difference to our lives.
Caremark provided us with 2 carers every day.

I have looked after my mum for the past 3 months and in the last days of her life. I can’t remember all the names of the staff but they all showed my mum so much care and attention, they were patient. I can say the care Caremark Bromley provide was unfailing care. Staff were always happy and jolly they also took time to talk to my dad as sometimes they are the only people they see when I am not there. Thank you, Caremark for making my mum's last days comfortable and for treating her with care and dignity. We as a family appreciate all that you did. Thank you.
My son is on the autism spectrum and is non-verbal. It’s my first time getting support from a company because I was always afraid my child will not be looked after properly, like the way I want. I am ever so wrong, the Caremark team of staff are so caring, my son adores them especially one of them in particular. When she comes to the house my son has light in his eyes, he will hug her and be ready to play. He doesn’t like to be hugged so that is amazing to see. The team and manager make me feel at ease, I know my child is in good hands with Caremark. I could not do this without their help. Thank you.

Mum is very happy with her cleaner who is friendly, efficient and considerate.

Carers have shown every respect, consideration, willingness above and beyond and kindness.

The carers have been a great help to me. I am nearly 100-years-old and need their assistance early morning and in the evening. They arrive on time and carry out their duties efficiently and cheerfully.

Sharon previously worked as an Operations Manager for Royal Mail. Sharon has a wealth of experience in managing large operations.
She set up Caremark (Bromley) in 2011, the company has grown remarkably over the years and continues to provide quality home care to the local residents.
As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards.
Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20-year span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours.
Rosemarie’s most recent achievement is establishing a service for children and young people with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. looking after 47 children since launching 3 years ago.
Sara has dedicated most of her professional career to working with children, bringing a wealth of experience as a teacher and a trained Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist. Her expertise lies in creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can thrive, regardless of their unique challenges. Sara’s compassionate approach and deep understanding of children’s needs have made her a trusted and impactful educator and advocate for SEN support.
Oluwatoyin Fagbiye has a Masters in Oil, Gas and Mining Law. She is a seasoned legal practitioner with over ten years of experience. I am known for my strong commitment to excellence and integrity. My passion for helping people is evident in my previous role as a healthcare assistant and support worker.

Kafilat is our Training and Recruitment Manager. She began her career with Caremark as a care coordinator and has worked in the field getting to know our clients.
Before joining Caremark, Kafilat worked for 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer for M&S, This helped her as she became the training manager, holding fun and engaging training sessions on a weekly basis.
In Kafilat’s words, working in care has been the most rewarding job she has ever had.
Ajay has worked with the company since 2020. He has previously worked in Customer Service but after the Covid lockdown realised his passion was to be helping others.
Ajay started as a Care and Support worker, learning what it means to work in Health and Social care with Caremark Bromley’s variety of service users. Due to his previous experience, he was then invited to work as a Care Coordinator but is now working in recruitment.
Oreoluwa Adekanmbi is a passionate advocate for people and for providing care to others. She holds a Masters degree in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy from the University of Buckingham. Her love for diplomacy stems from her fascination with the complexities of global politics and the desire to create a positive change.
As a solution-focused individual, Oreoluwa is committed to finding practical and sustainable solutions to various social and healthcare issues. Her passion for helping people is evident in her previous work with various organizations, including her previous role as a healthcare assistant.
Oreoluwa’s dedication to providing health care and community service has earned her adequate exposure and experience, and she continues to be inspired towards making a difference in the world. Oreoluwa is currently the Care Coordinator for the Orpington area.
