I have been receiving twice daily care from Caremark for the past twelve months. I have been extremely satisfied with the care that I have been given and the carers are always cheerful, polite and understanding.
Hello Edina, thank you for such a glowing review and for giving us five stars for everything; it means a lot!
They have become almost part of our family.
Hi F, we value feedback like this and would like to thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review.
The girls/ladies who come and look after my wife are polite, enthusiastic and are keen to help. They do their job well which sometimes can be a challenge, as I well know after having looked after her for over two years. This is better than having her in a care home. They always leave with a smile and a comment of a good day ahead and that they will look forward to seeing us again tomorrow. They do a hard job with enthusiasm.
Hello B and thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review; we really appreciate it.
The care from Caremark for my wife has been first-class. A great help in maintaining a normal life for both of us.
Hello Donald and thank you for taking the time to leave this review; we are pleased you are happy with the service we provide.
We have been delighted with Caremark for the past three years. Everyone is very kind and caring. When Mum came out of hospital recently she was given a few weeks free care with a different company and we were very dissatisfied so we chose to return to Caremark. We now have complete peace of mind.
Hello Sue, what lovely comments, thank you so much for taking the time, we really appreciate it.
Thank you. I’ll forever be grateful for the kindness shown to my dada. He is treated with so much dignity in what is very difficult circumstances, no complaints whatsoever from him.
Hello and thank you for such kind words; we really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review.
We have always had a good experience with Caremark. The live-in carer we have looking after Mum is kind, caring and a lovely person. We would not hesitate in recommending Caremark to anyone.
Hello and thank you for leaving this review; we are pleased your experience of Caremark is a positive one.
I am extremely impressed with the excellent service from Caremark (Bromley). I contacted quite a few agencies to try to find some help for my long-term, chronically ill daughter and they came back to me quickly, were very helpful, patient, kind and also very efficient. My daughter's carer is brilliant and does everything and more that is needed and also, which is very important, will do things using her own initiative which is a great help. We are very happy with Caremark and very grateful to have found them. Thank you!
Hello Vivien, it's so kind of you to leave this review and we are delighted you are happy with the care we provide to your daughter. Thank you.
I cannot thank Caremark enough for the care they have shown my husband throughout this past month. I couldn't have coped without them. Their carers are true angels on earth. The professionalism from the office staff has been second to none. Thank you.
I receive double-handed care, morning and evening. The carers treat me with respect, offer choices, check my skin regularly. They work great with my PA and wife and I feel safe and well looked after. I see the same carers regularly which helps me a lot with feeling safe.
Hello Peter and thank you for leaving such a nice, positive review; we are delighted that you are so happy with the care you receive.
Caremark have been excellent for my family over the last eighteen months, very punctual and the carers have been superb for my family in what has been a very challenging time. If I’ve ever had any queries they have been swiftly dealt with and couldn’t thank them enough!
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice review about your grandparent's care; we really appreciate you taking the time to do this.
First-class service provided every day. Very thankful, well done to everyone who helps with Dad.
Thank you so much for such a nice review and comments, we really appreciate it.
The carers are friendly, professional. They cater for all my needs, always on time. Very caring, compassionate and understanding. Cheer me up.
All carers I've had are nice.
Very good carers - most professional and understanding.
The effort that the team took to look after my brother was of great comfort to myself and the rest of the family. He was not easy at times, due to his illness, but they seemed to have the charm and patience to overcome that and even change his mood.
These people are the most caring and helpful people I have ever met. They exceeded expectations and were always there to offer a helping hand or even a comforting chat. They made my father-in-law laugh and enjoy his time with them! It always sounded like they were having a good time when they were here! They have helped my family immensely during such a difficult time with their care, compassion and great energy. From the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful for the time they spent with my father-in-law as he definitely enjoyed them being with him!
We have had a great service from Caremark so far. We have waking nights for my daughter who recently went onto a BiPap machine. Professional service and our family love the carer that attends. Relieved a lot of the pressure as a family. Thank you.
Outstanding, genuine care. So many thanks for your ongoing support and patience with my mum.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we will pass this onto the staff. Your mum is a pleasure to care for.
So much thought is put into the patient and family needs at such difficult and challenging times of life/death.
