I am very happy with this care company, right from the start of using them a few months ago, they have always arrived on time and are ready to start work straight away, and they will do anything i.e cooking, cleaning, doing shopping, take you out. I have had other companies in the past but nothing matches these. The carers are amazing, they are there to help you and they do really care, I would certainly recommend them.

Burley Care offer excellent customer service to my mother. The team have been looking after her for 18 months and provide a personal, caring service. I can trust that they know and understand my mother and have her best interests at heart. They help support my mum so she can be independent at home. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've been extremely impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and support provided by the team.
They were able to step in at very short notice and have been reassuring, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. It was clear from the outset that they understood both the practical and emotional complexities involved, and they've worked hard to get the right support in place quickly and smoothly.

Communication has been excellent and nothing has felt too much trouble. Very grateful for all their help - thank you to the whole team.

Some lovely ladies came to help mum mornings and evenings, helping with her medication and helping with washing and getting dressed and undressed. Mum looked forward to the visits.

The management were very accommodating with the times they arrived due to medication requirements, and were always there to help.

The carers are all very caring - some more than others but all seem to want to do their best and try to find ways to help you. They have a lot to fit into their duties with much driving distances.

I needed to arrange care for my parents at very short notice, and I honestly can't thank this company enough. From the very beginning, they have been responsive, supportive, and incredibly professional.
The carers are kind, compassionate, and treat my parents with genuine dignity and respect. As an only child, this has been a very difficult time, but knowing my parents are in such safe and caring hands has made a huge difference.

The level of care and support has been outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable and compassionate care.

I was unbelievably Glad to find the Burley team. Having no experience of organising care, Burley provided wonderful empathy and professional support. The sparkle returned to our 89 year old, with the pop-in visits providing confidence and reassurance. The immense energy and bright personalities of the team was a delight. They offered genuine engagement and caring. The flexibility of the daily visiting schedule and accommodation of amendments has been so helpful. Wonderful team.

Burley's Home Care help look after my 89 year old father in his own home. Since our first contact with them, they have been everything we could have hoped for. During the initial assessment, they took the time to get to know Dad as a person as well as a client. Great care was taken to establish what was needed and when; to find out more about his life and establish a rapport.

The carers visit Dad twice a day and have always been exceptional. They approach everything with warmth and humour and with a large (and very welcome) dose of common sense. They treat Dad as a person, a friend, and help him to manage his daily life with enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and a laugh.

They have made his day to day living so much better and more fulfilling.

We were highly recommended Burleys Home Care Services in Ringwood by an independent person. My mum was diagnosed with mixed dementia in June last year. When I first made contact with the office I spoke to the Care Navigator who could not have been more helpful and kind. She immediately made me feel reassured that help would be able to follow to support my mum to continue living at home with my dad as her full time carer. We as a family met with the care coordinator in my parents home. She made us all feel relaxed, she was very attentive and ensured she found out everything she needed to know in order to be able to provide the best level of care for my mum. She was naturally caring and understanding of our situation and the need to get help implemented as quickly as possible to help support my dad in looking after my mum. Having called the office with an admin query and spoken to another lady, she was equally very helpful and lovely. Very happy so far with everything. Thank you

I highly recommend Burley Homecare for their professional, caring approach. Nothing is too much trouble and they will always endeavour to meet demands, often at short notice. They genuinely have the clients interests at heart which is paramount when dealing with vulnerable clients who aren't always aware of their needs.

Their kindness and patience goes a long way when gaining trust with clients who may be apprehensive and reluctant about receiving care.

I was asked to recommend a Live-in Care provider for a dear friend in her 90's. Within 48 hours Burley's Staff confirmed a Live-in Care package, visited my friend and arranged a start date to coincide with her leaving the care home. the whole experience has been exceptional, conducted in a friendly, companionate and professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Burley's Home Care Services. What a pleasure dealing with real people who treat you with the utmost care and respect.

Burley's Home carers have always been excellent. The staff are efficient and friendly. It's comforting to know that my mum has interaction with other people. She loves chatting with them. We can't fault the service.

Jo - "it's comforting to know." Those four words say so much. When you're not able to be there yourself, when miles separate you from your Mum and you can't just pop round to check she's okay - that feeling of not-knowing is one of the hardest parts of being a caring daughter. I hope we take a...

The carers have been assigned to Mum as requested. She seems happy with them. I haven't met any of them yet.
They seem to help Mum with independant living which is what we all want for her.

Any time I have asked the office for extra care my requests have been met. Communication with the office is good.

Reply from Paul Burley, Director and Founder at Burley's Home Care Services
Jan, good to hear from you, and really glad Mum is settled.

You shouldn't need to chase us. When you call, we pick up and we sort it. That's how it should work, and we'll keep it that way. We're here whenever you need anything.

"Home care should feel like an extension of family."

I have dedicated over 30 years of my life to the care sector, and home care remains my passion. Born and raised in Ringwood, I’ve always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My experience spans hands-on care, care management, training, and regulatory compliance, reinforcing my belief that everyone should feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own home.
For me, home care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about listening, understanding, and ensuring that clients have real choices. At Burleys Home Care, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create bespoke care plans that honour each individual’s preferences, routines, and dignity, allowing them to continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of home.
Arranging care for a loved one can feel like a big decision, with so much to consider. That’s why I make it my mission to be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted guide for families navigating this journey. Whether you need support understanding care options, guidance with dementia care, or simply reassurance that your loved one is in safe hands, I’m always happy to help. As a Dementia Champion, I am particularly passionate about ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.

For me, Burleys Home Care isn’t just a business—it’s about care and support that makes a real difference. Every day, I feel privileged to be part of a service that helps families, supports individuals, and brings peace of mind to those who need it most.

My Philosophy: “Everyone has the right to feel safe, valued, and in control of their care. I’m here to make sure that happens. Keeping your heart where it belongs.”

“Care should be personal, dignified, and feel like home.”

I know how difficult it can be to find the right care for someone you love. I’ve been there myself, and I understand the worry, the uncertainty, and the overwhelming responsibility of making the best decision. That’s why Carly and I founded Burleys Home Care—to create a service that families could trust completely, where care is not just professional, but personal.
My role as Director is about more than just overseeing operations—it’s about ensuring that every client feels comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. I love meeting families, listening to their concerns, and helping them find the best care solutions for their unique circumstances. Whether you need help understanding private care funding, navigating NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), or arranging complex care planning, I am here to offer clear, practical advice and reassurance.
I believe that great home care goes beyond just helping with daily tasks—it’s about building relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring that clients genuinely enjoy life. Whether someone needs a few hours of companionship each week or 24/7 live-in care, I make sure that our team provides support that is tailored, respectful, and enhances each client’s well-being.

I am also incredibly passionate about staff development and creating a workplace where caregivers feel valued, supported, and motivated. A happy, well-trained care team is essential to delivering the highest standard of care, so I make it a priority to invest in their training, career progression, and overall well-being.

My Philosophy: “Home care should never feel like a service—it should feel like family. Every client deserves kindness, respect, and the highest standard of support.”

I have spent my career in both NHS and private healthcare, working across care coordination, service transformation, and quality improvement. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how to ensure that care is not only professional and efficient but also truly personal and compassionate. At Burleys Home Care, my role is to make sure that every client receives the highest standard of support, tailored to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

I know how important it is for families to feel reassured that their loved ones are receiving the best possible care. Whether it’s personal care, companionship, dementia support, or live-in care, I work closely with our team to ensure that every service is delivered with kindness, dignity, and respect. For families who live far away, I focus on keeping them connected and informed, giving them confidence that their loved one is happy, safe, and well cared for.

I also take great pride in supporting our caregivers, ensuring they have the training, guidance, and resources they need to provide exceptional care. A valued and well-supported team leads to the best possible experience for our clients, and I am passionate about fostering a culture where everyone feels appreciated and motivated to make a difference.

My Philosophy: "Care should always feel personal, compassionate, and reassuring—for both clients and their families."
