Burley’s Home Care is a care provider you can trust. Their carers are skilled, professional, caring, and treat their clients as if they are family members themselves. Not only that, but their care packages are built around you or your loved one, so that they can ensure to meet your specific needs while maintaining your existing routines and lifestyles. This means that they can deliver care that is safe, effective and supportive and you can live in the environment you know best.
Their clients include people who are simply getting older and need help at home, people with dementia, learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Their carers are highly trained and continue their development to ensure they can provide care in any situation. It may be that you need help getting up, washed and dressed, or simply a welfare check with a cup of tea and a chat. They can also carry out housekeeping or shopping, or take you to appointments and groups. From short visits a few times a week to live-in care, they can provide the right support to ensure your needs are met and you can live as independently as possible.
Working as a home care provider means being part of a wider team. Where required they work with GPs, social workers, community nursing and mental health teams and family members so that they can support a person’s wellbeing as well as delivering the services they need.
Their work is based on the central value of providing person-centred care which looks at a whole person, their wellbeing and individual preferences as well as care needs. They are proud to be a home care provider where nothing is too much trouble, and every client and staff member are treated as individuals. Burley's have been recognised as one of the top 20 most recommended home care groups in the UK by homecare.co.uk for two years running.

Thank you and for your review we very much enjoy caring for you.
All the staff are friendly and mum looks forward to them coming in. She enjoys being waited on and having her meals cooked, but more than that she likes having someone else to talk to. Highly recommend.

Living 300 miles away from my 93-year-old mother was not easy. For just over a year Burleys visited her once a day, and then twice, to make sure she was OK, do her shopping, give her her medication. They were constantly in contact with me and I knew that I would get an immediate response if I had any queries. The carers were proactive in her care, calling paramedics, district nurse, doctor, etc. as and when necessary. My mum was very happy with all the carers who visited and became friends with them. Unfortunately, the time came when she was just too unsteady on her feet and was falling regularly, so we took the decision to move her to a care home near where we live. The care we received from Burleys was exemplary.
Your mother was a pleasure to care for and we are all going to miss her very much but know she is safe and well and happy. Your mother was one of a kind and did give us a welcoming challenge daily.
Many thanks.
i was introduced to Burley's Home Care because my family noticed that I wasn't eating a full and healthy diet, but with their help, I am healthy and well! Excellent.

From the outset, the managers maintained a very thorough professional approach, from the initial risk assessment and recommended changes and improvements to the bungalow for our Aunts benefit.
We could not have asked for better carers who gave 3 one hour mealtime visits a day, preparing fresh vegetables and cooking real food, not instant meals. Their visits were not just functional. They formed friendships and gave companionship and conversation as well, taking her shopping and going the extra mile for Aunts benefit sometimes even using their personal time.
At the end Burleys made the decision to end the homecare arrangement and seek a residential place due to Aunts deteriorating health, a decision obviously motivated by care for Aunts well being and not profit.
Thanks to all the staff at Burleys.

"Home care should feel like an extension of family."
I have dedicated over 30 years of my life to the care sector, and home care remains my passion. Born and raised in Ringwood, I’ve always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My experience spans hands-on care, care management, training, and regulatory compliance, reinforcing my belief that everyone should feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own home. For me, home care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about listening, understanding, and ensuring that clients have real choices. At Burleys Home Care, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create bespoke care plans that honour each individual’s preferences, routines, and dignity, allowing them to continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of home.
Arranging care for a loved one can feel like a big decision, with so much to consider. That’s why I make it my mission to be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted guide for families navigating this journey. Whether you need support understanding care options, guidance with dementia care, or simply reassurance that your loved one is in safe hands, I’m always happy to help. As a Dementia Champion, I am particularly passionate about ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
For me, Burleys Home Care isn’t just a business—it’s about care and support that makes a real difference. Every day, I feel privileged to be part of a service that helps families, supports individuals, and brings peace of mind to those who need it most.
My Philosophy: “Everyone has the right to feel safe, valued, and in control of their care. I’m here to make sure that happens. Keeping your heart where it belongs.”

“Care should be personal, dignified, and feel like home.”

“Care should be personal, dignified, and feel like home.”
I know how difficult it can be to find the right care for someone you love. I’ve been there myself, and I understand the worry, the uncertainty, and the overwhelming responsibility of making the best decision. That’s why Carly and I founded Burleys Home Care—to create a service that families could trust completely, where care is not just professional, but personal. My role as Director is about more than just overseeing operations—it’s about ensuring that every client feels comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. I love meeting families, listening to their concerns, and helping them find the best care solutions for their unique circumstances. Whether you need help understanding private care funding, navigating NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), or arranging complex care planning, I am here to offer clear, practical advice and reassurance.
I believe that great home care goes beyond just helping with daily tasks—it’s about building relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring that clients genuinely enjoy life. Whether someone needs a few hours of companionship each week or 24/7 live-in care, I make sure that our team provides support that is tailored, respectful, and enhances each client’s well-being.
I am also incredibly passionate about staff development and creating a workplace where caregivers feel valued, supported, and motivated. A happy, well-trained care team is essential to delivering the highest standard of care, so I make it a priority to invest in their training, career progression, and overall well-being.
My Philosophy: “Home care should never feel like a service—it should feel like family. Every client deserves kindness, respect, and the highest standard of support.”

I have spent my career in both NHS and private healthcare, working across care coordination, service transformation, and quality improvement. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how to ensure that care is not only professional and efficient but also truly personal and compassionate. At Burleys Home Care, my role is to make sure that every client receives the highest standard of support, tailored to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
I know how important it is for families to feel reassured that their loved ones are receiving the best possible care. Whether it’s personal care, companionship, dementia support, or live-in care, I work closely with our team to ensure that every service is delivered with kindness, dignity, and respect. For families who live far away, I focus on keeping them connected and informed, giving them confidence that their loved one is happy, safe, and well cared for.I also take great pride in supporting our caregivers, ensuring they have the training, guidance, and resources they need to provide exceptional care. A valued and well-supported team leads to the best possible experience for our clients, and I am passionate about fostering a culture where everyone feels appreciated and motivated to make a difference.
My Philosophy: "Care should always feel personal, compassionate, and reassuring—for both clients and their families."
