Overall Experience

We have been using Burley's Home Care for the last six months, one hour a day for my father's personal care. We have been very pleased with the care provided. We have got to know the carers over time and they are all very good, very understanding. They make both our lives much easier. There is always good support if I have any questions or need to change dates.

Born and raised in Ringwood, I’ve always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My experience spans hands-on care, care management, training, and regulatory compliance, reinforcing my belief that everyone should feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own home.
For me, home care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about listening, understanding, and ensuring that clients have real choices. At Burleys Home Care, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create bespoke care plans that honour each individual’s preferences, routines, and dignity, allowing them to continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of home.
Arranging care for a loved one can feel like a big decision, with so much to consider. That’s why I make it my mission to be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted guide for families navigating this journey. Whether you need support understanding care options, guidance with dementia care, or simply reassurance that your loved one is in safe hands, I’m always happy to help. My role as Director is about more than just overseeing operations—it’s about ensuring that every client feels comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. I love meeting families, listening to their concerns, and helping them find the best care solutions for their unique circumstances. Whether you need help understanding private care funding, navigating NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), or arranging complex care planning, I am here to offer clear, practical advice and reassurance.
I believe that great home care goes beyond just helping with daily tasks—it’s about building relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring that clients genuinely enjoy life. Whether someone needs a few hours of companionship each week or 24/7 live-in care, I make sure that our team provides support that is tailored, respectful, and enhances each client’s well-being.

I am also incredibly passionate about staff development and creating a workplace where caregivers feel valued, supported, and motivated. A happy, well-trained care team is essential to delivering the highest standard of care, so I make it a priority to invest in their training, career progression, and overall well-being.

I have spent my career in both NHS and private healthcare, working across care coordination, service transformation, and quality improvement. At Burleys Home Care, my role is to make sure that every client receives the highest standard of support, tailored to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

I know how important it is for families to feel reassured that their loved ones are receiving the best possible care. Whether it’s personal care, companionship, dementia support, or live-in care, I work closely with our team to ensure that every service is delivered with kindness, dignity, and respect. For families who live far away, I focus on keeping them connected and informed, giving them confidence that their loved one is happy, safe, and well cared for.

I also take great pride in supporting our caregivers, ensuring they have the training, guidance, and resources they need to provide exceptional care.
