Burley’s Home Care is a care provider you can trust. Their carers are skilled, professional, caring, and treat their clients as if they are family members themselves. Not only that, but their care packages are built around you or your loved one, so that they can ensure to meet your specific needs while maintaining your existing routines and lifestyles. This means that they can deliver care that is safe, effective and supportive and you can live in the environment you know best.

Their clients include people who are simply getting older and need help at home, people with dementia, learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Their carers are highly trained and continue their development to ensure they can provide care in any situation. It may be that you need help getting up, washed and dressed, or simply a welfare check with a cup of tea and a chat. They can also carry out housekeeping or shopping, or take you to appointments and groups. From short visits a few times a week to live-in care, they can provide the right support to ensure your needs are met and you can live as independently as possible.

Working as a home care provider means being part of a wider team. Where required they work with GPs, social workers, community nursing and mental health teams and family members so that they can support a person’s wellbeing as well as delivering the services they need.

My role as Director is about more than just overseeing operations—it’s about ensuring that every client feels comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. I love meeting families, listening to their concerns, and helping them find the best care solutions for their unique circumstances. Whether you need help understanding private care funding, navigating NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), or arranging complex care planning, I am here to offer clear, practical advice and reassurance.
I believe that great home care goes beyond just helping with daily tasks—it’s about building relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring that clients genuinely enjoy life. Whether someone needs a few hours of companionship each week or 24/7 live-in care, I make sure that our team provides support that is tailored, respectful, and enhances each client’s well-being.
I am also incredibly passionate about staff development and creating a workplace where caregivers feel valued, supported, and motivated.
