Overall Experience

I am so impressed with the care I have received. When first visited, I spent pretty well all of my time in bed. Now, thanks to the care and encouragement of the carers, I spend most of the day moving around downstairs and sitting in my armchair and life is so much better and more normal. All the carers are friendly and often go that extra mile to help. Thankyou

We chose to use Burley's home care for my mother due to the support, reassurance and professionalism shared by the care coordinator. All the carers have been so attentive, personable and going the extra mile to make my mother feel comfortable. The carers were very experienced, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem and always found a solution. Carers always arrived on time and shared good communication to the family. We would higher recommend Burley's Home Care to others and they hugely stand out in comparison to other Home Care providers.

Overall Experience

Having found myself in need of providing care for my cousin on a regular basis, I approached Burley's Home Care Services to provide this, spoke to the manager who was excellent with a combination of care and process knowledge, we came up with a plan to get my cousin the care he required. They chose a carer to come and see my cousin and it has turned out to be a perfect choice and match. They get on really well and she does everything that she has been asked to do in an exemplary manner.

Born and raised in Ringwood, I’ve always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My experience spans hands-on care, care management, training, and regulatory compliance, reinforcing my belief that everyone should feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own home.
For me, home care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about listening, understanding, and ensuring that clients have real choices. At Burleys Home Care, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create bespoke care plans that honour each individual’s preferences, routines, and dignity, allowing them to continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of home.
