I can't speak highly enough of the excellent care that my father-in-law is receiving from all the carers from Burley's Home Care Services. The day I walked into their office and spoke to them, I knew these were the support we needed, and felt reassured that all would be ok with the right care in place. Our only regret as a family is that we didn't get care sorted sooner.

This local company is exceptional, with such a high standard of excellence which makes my wife's life much easier, and for me such a tremendous help! Very helpful and professional. Burley Home Care can be relied upon to do exactly as agreed in the care plan. My mother looks forward to the care visits from the girls. I am also kept informed of all aspects of the care being provided. They go above and beyond the call of duty!

Overall Experience

Burley's provide me with the service I asked for after a stay in hospital 2 years ago, which has been very satisfactory. My team of carers come promptly at 7am each morning, help me to wash etc, also they tidy and make the bed and prepare my breakfast and make sure my medication is available. My wishes have been fulfilled and as a result, I have made good progress to better health. I cannot complain and would suggest that this system should be recommended to clients which would be a safeguard to be able to stay in their own homes.

Very pleasant care ladies but they do not see what is to do for themselves but are always willing when told.

My friend is very independent and does not take kindly to people talking down to her. A nice intelligent conversation is good. Use their own initiative - see how my friend is this day and if needed phone the doctor or me.

For me, home care is not just about meeting needs—it’s about listening, understanding, and ensuring that clients have real choices. At Burleys Home Care, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create bespoke care plans that honour each individual’s preferences, routines, and dignity, allowing them to continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of home.
