I looked at several care companies whilst arranging a carer for my elderly neighbour. It was very quickly apparent that Bluebird care was a well organised and professional organisation. Nabir came to do the initial consultation and put my neighbour at ease immediately. We established a fixed routine and that was immediately put into practice.. My neighbour not only appreciates the help around the house but just as important is the company they provide for her. Her circumstances have changed so I have been in touch with Nabir to discuss this. She always makes herself available either by phone or email within the same day , including weekends. We have changed the care plan again and Nabir has kept me updated with when this would happen pending staff training. I am pleased that this is now due to start on 12th May. This was a very important decision for me to help my neighbour, Bluebird care has made this effortless. A care pack is left for all contact details if needed

I contacted Bluebird care after my mother receiving an operation date at short notice for her to have a shoulder replacement. We needed full time care for my father while my mother recovered from the operation and Narbir came out to assess them within a few days of the enquiry and then arranged for a suitable carer to live in the family home, looking after my father and also helping my mother too . The carer, Favour, was lovely and friendly, very experienced and professional, felt like we had a family friend helping out. We could not have asked for anything more. Favour is an amazing carer and we are so thankful for all of her help.

Thank you for helping us at such short notice and providing an excellent service.

I contacted Bluebird Care in late February to seek additional support for my Mum and Dad following my Dads fall. Bluebird responded quickly and efficiently setting up a visit with my parents within a week. A week later a personal care plan has been arranged a set up. We are now 10 days into the care plan and it's going exceptionally well. My Dad is very happy with the care he is receiving, my Mum is less anxious and more rested, and I can happily go to work without worry or anxiety about my Dad getting himself set for the day. The team of carers supporting my dad are friendly, professional and efficient. A true benefit to our family x

Overall Experience
Bluebird have been caring for my Elderly Mother for 4 months after she left hospital and respite care with a leg fracture. Since getting home with Bluebird carers in place my Mom's improvement has been remarkable. She looks forward to the visits and in addition to their tasks they show genuine interest in Mom and are chatty and engaging.

The carers are professional in their approach but despite this they and the management team now feel like family friends. I feel we were fortunate to find such excellent care with Bluebird and I now don't have to constantly worry.

Overall Experience

We have been using bluebird care for several years now and I can honestly say that you couldn't get better. My dad has dementia and my mom and myself look after him at home. The carers, Jodie and Sarah are fantastic with him, giving us peace of mind. If we have any problems or changing times etc we know that we can just call Nabia and she will sort it out straight away. Nabia is extremely professional yet very approachable making us feel reasured. Nothing is too much trouble. All of dad's carers seem to genuinely care about their patients. We would never use anybody else.

Overall Experience
My experience with Bluebird has been very positive. My parents were reluctant to have home care but after meeting all the staff they soon changed their minds.
The professionalism, care and support my parents and I have received has been amazing. They even arranged a call out at 10 mins notice which was most appreciated.

I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I future the need arises I would use them again

The care provided by Bluebird (Solihull) has been invaluable, whilst I am recovering from surgery.
Narbir listened to what I needed and there is flexibility in the package/ care provided (as this is short term).

The carers are lovely and I've really appreciated the support provided, both practically and emotionally.

I wood like to say how nice and so good to my mom and dad very carrying and sure no there jobs all lovely girls very smart appearance . They all make my mom and dad very happy and feel cunfertabull so I can't thank the team we have enough keep up the great work girls . My mom and dad are happy to be washed by the team now as feel good with them which shocked me a bit so great . They come mornings also get there breakfast . Take them a walk so getting sum exercise . They come lunch time to do their lunch . And give medications . Then evenings we're have a snack or food before they take them up to bed get them ready for bed then into bed .every thing is perfect . Thanks again to all the team . Also all at the office .

From the first time that the carer came to care for my husband the arrangement has been a roaring success! Her care for him has been thorough, professional but full of kindness and laughter. It is a joy to have her in our home. Dealing with the staff at the solihull office was easy and straightforward. Fees and services were explained fully and we felt that his needs would be met.

We weren't sure an agency would be able to provide the care we wanted for my mom - ie. the same carer to build friendship, take her out for walks, go for a coffee, etc, so we were thrilled to discover Bluebird provided exactly what we wanted.

I'd definitely recommend them - they are efficient, friendly, professional and genuinely want the best for mom and family. Thank you x

My aunty received care for several months from Bluebird care. This was a very hard time for my family due to her ill health. Bluebird staff always respected her dignity right up until she had to be admitted to hospital. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone.

My friend has been with Bluebird Care for approximately 12 months.

The quality of service is excellent and the individual carers are all professional, supportive and caring. It gives me, family and friends great comfort to know that she is being cared for with dignity and respect.

Although the cost of care is higher than some providers, I believe we are getting value for money and complete peace of mind.

I would fully recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care provided exceptional support for both my late mother during her cancer treatment and now for my 86-year-old father, who is very frail.
The carers are consistently cheerful, kind, and patient. They carry out their duties with care and tenderness, never rushing through tasks. Once the essentials are done, they go the extra mile-tidying the house, including the toilet and kitchen, and taking time to sit and chat with my father. If a visit requires a little extra time or effort, they do so willingly and without complaint.

That level of compassion alone would justify a five-star review. But what truly sets Bluebird Care apart is how the whole organisation goes above and beyond. They liaise directly with pharmacies and GP teams, even managing prescription orders on Dad's behalf. Their flexibility and commitment to care are unlike anything I've experienced with other providers.

Overall Experience
We came across Bluebird along with other providers at our local MP's Pensioner Fair. Their three reps were a cross-section of the staff from the local Bluebird location and were most engaging, especially immediately identifying with Mum who has dementia and her background. Genuine practical people doing the job caring for people compared to the others we spoke with who were detached from the day to day stuff and concentrating on the 'business sell'. This applied to the interviews we held at home too. People matter to us. And so the proof has been in the pudding. The staff are first class genuine people. Having one regular carer, except for holidays, makes all the difference and bonding with our Mum has been beyond expectations. The relief staff are no less first class as well.

We have found communications, advice and information readily available if and when asked for. A recently organised course for family and community groups was brilliantly presented and a most welcome insight.

Bluebird carers are friendly, efficient and always considerate to my dad's changing needs. He trusts and respects them and is always pleased to see their friendly faces. Bluebird Care is always available for my queries and always contact me immediately to update me or report on anything related to my dad's care. The supervisors are willing and able to solve minor concerns efficiently. I receive a weekly schedule of carers names and times expected which is very useful as I can inform my dad which carer is going to call. We as a family are very satisfied with the level of care and professionalism shown by staff and carers at Bluebird Care.

I was advised when looking for health care to observe the initial manner in which a provider would "manage" my enquiry. Blue Bird Solihull (BBS) from the very outset were professional and speedy in managing the enquiry and implementing care. Once arranged and operational the management support, information and care process has been focussed on my Mothers needs and providing a wider support than the initial enquiry demanded. BBS have delivered superb work by all staff and management, a credit to the care industry.
