Many thanks for your kind comments. I am pleased that you mentioned the listening aspect of our service as we view two-way communication as the oil that lubricates the care delivery. Thank you for your kind comments. We do train our staff to engage positively with our customers as we believe that their psychological welfare is as important as their physical. We believe that most people can live independently at home for as long as possible, even with dementia, if they have professional and reliable home care.

Many thanks for your comments, Adrian. As you know, Dementia is a specialist area of ours and our care staff are given 3 levels of training in their career with Bluebird care (Solihull). Couple this training with the enormous amount of care experience in our care team and that is the reason we can improve the quality of life of our customers who suffer from Dementia.
