The Bluebird Care team has been a real blessing for us, the carers are very attentive to both of our elderly parents and adapt very quickly when new necessities arise. We find it very comforting to know that we can rely on their professional help and experience daily as we do our best to ensure our parents' comfort and safety in the heart of their own home during their old age. I fully recommend the Bluebird Care agency and thank the team for all their heartfelt efforts.

We have been using this company for a while now for my mum who has learning difficulties and vascular dementia. The carers have been amazing with her, very patient, caring and always treat her very well. Recently my dad has become unwell and he now also uses this service, he’s a very proud, old fashioned man, he has built up a good relationship with the carers who go in for my mum so after a chat with management, they have managed to put the same carers in place for both my mum and dad. This makes the whole caring package more personal. All the staff who I have been in contact with have been amazing, very down to earth and considerate of not only my parents' feelings but also of mine. Massive well done and thank you to all.

It's only been a few days but the carers have been kind, and friendly and helping Mum with whatever she needs with the same regular carers so they can get to know Mum and so she feels comfortable too.

Bluebird sent a lovely lady to help my mom to do just this! She also prepared a sandwich to leave for my mom's lunch as my family were at work so we knew mom would have eaten and also had a drink with her sandwich.
We were really happy that mom was well cared for and as for myself I was out of the country and I could relax knowing mom was being looked after!

All the staff have been friendly, attentive, kind and considerate and treat my father with respect and care. He is often frustrated with his situation and gets angry but they cope with that with a smile until it passes. The agency manager is always available to answer any queries too, and has taken time to get to know the family and my father.
I am very pleased to know he is in safe hands and still able to live in his own home and would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird.

My aunt has had care from Bluebird for a few years now. We are very happy with the care she receives, some of the carers go above and beyond and become part of the family and it’s sad when they leave for pastures new. We have been lucky with our experience with Bluebird and my aunt loves her new carer which makes me happy to see she is happy. Also to add if I have had any problems or concerns, they are always there to help and put our concerns first. All round, well done Bluebird.

When the manager came to assess my daughter's needs she was very thorough, polite and friendly. The team are easy to contact and always returns my calls or emails. The ladies from Bluebird Care, who care for my daughter currently, are fabulous and I couldn't ask for more.

The management team were accessible and reliable and the carers were professional and did what was requested. Mum was not always cooperative and they showed patience and persistence. The carers kept records so we could check mum's medication and food. Unfortunately, mum deteriorated quickly and needed full-time specialist care. The only minor problem was that the same carer couldn't always be available and we understood this.

Three carers, in particular, have been supportive, understanding and incredibly efficient at helping us get the care package in place.

Following a difficult period in hospital getting an outstanding home care provider for my mom was crucial! Mom, like most did not want to go into a nursing home but accepted that she was no longer able to look after herself. I chose Bluebird Care following their CQC inspection, feedback from families and meetings to ensure the right package could be chosen. It is still early days and we are all still adapting but the care and support from Bluebird have been outstanding. They have been a pillar of support not just for Mom but also for me. Putting a parent into the care of others is an incredibly daunting and worrying experience. Being with Bluebird has given me the confidence that Mom is getting the right support.

Following a hip replacement operation and living alone, I was in need of care to become settled back at home. Bluebird efficiently attended and mapped out my requirements with assistance, arriving the following morning. All staff were courteous, cheerful and on time. This was coupled with a willingness to deal with other matters during the time available. They did what they were engaged to do, well.

Bluebird Care Solihull and Birmingham have been providing live-in care to my mum for the last nine months and I can't thank them enough for their help and support. The journey to choosing care wasn't that straightforward for us as we were new to care whilst my mum was also resistant to having any type of care, but Bluebird was amazing at helping us through the journey, explaining the different types of care available and providing regular communication along the way. As we live a few hours away from my mum we were keen to work with a care company that we could trust and have certainly found that in the team at Bluebird! Mum has actually improved in terms of her independence and seems much happier! She has dementia so keeping her in her own home instead of going into a care home was especially important to us, I'd certainly recommend live-in care as an option rather than a care Home from our experience!

The care my husband received was faultless. It was an extremely emotional time for us and the team from Bluebird were so kind and caring to us from day one. The team at Bluebird have been amazing in providing at-home care for my grandmother, who suddenly needed at-home care. While the care for my grandmother has been seamless, attentive, reliable, professional and overall outstanding, I would like to point out how much they have supported my grandfather, who otherwise cares for my grandmother. My grandfather's stress levels and worries have decreased, and he is at ease and comfortable around all the carers. He knows the Bluebird team are on hand to help and advise him with my grandma's condition with just a simple phone call. I have seen such an improvement in his mood since Bluebird started caring for my grandmother - he finally got his smile back as he knows my grandmother is in the best care possible.
