I have been with Bluebird (Solihull) for three and a half years. Throughout this time, I have had little to criticise or complain about. Overall, the carers, and there has been a wide variety, have been helpful, skilful and knowledgeable. It has always been a real pleasure to be greeted a smiling Bluebird face bringing friendship and companionship! I would always give my very best recommendations to Bluebird Solihull.
This is an immediate response to our initial enquiry and the carers have been most kind and efficient. I need help to sit up and dressed and also to get to bed. Both of these services have been provided and I am very happy with the way in which their tasks have been carried out.
Bluebird Care has attended my wife in the past months. Sadly, she passed away in July 2016. As my own health deteriorated in 2017, the very good experience of Bluebird Care was again sought and my experience has been first class throughout. I would recommend the service to anyone.
They always arrive on time.
They are excellent in looking after me.
No task is too much for them.
I have recommended this company to some of my friends who need a helping hand.
The report book was always completed, clear and legible.
I came home last June 2015 having spent 6 months in a nursing home following a month in hospital. My social worker provided a list for care agencies and we phoned the first 3. Bluebird Care (Solihull) was the one who immediately arranged for an assessment of my needs and subsequently agreed to provide care twice a day in the morning to help me wash and dress and at night to wash and put me to bed. I chose the time and length of visit and now receive a list of times and names of the carers every week. Occasionally the visits have not materialised on time but this very rarely happens and I have found all my carers very kind and capable and many of them I now look upon as friends. I am now waiting for a hip replacement and have already been told that I shall have no worries as "we shall look after you when you come home." Without any hesitation I recommend Bluebird Care (Solihull).
