Home Instead have been looking after my parents for more than two years and in that time have proved to absolutely reliable and supportive. Their carers have always shown the sort of sensitivity and initiative that has given me the confidence that they are in good hands.

At a time when I am living many miles away from their home, it has become a great comfort.

Overall Experience
I called on Home Instead some 3 years ago, when my mother was living alone. She has complex health issues, the same 3 members of staff attended to her almost on a daily basis. This proved invaluable to my mother and I.
Sadly we all dealt with her increasing demise to dementia. The team were, and are reliable and caring, friends and caregivers. They supported the link with reality, bathing, feeding, prompting medication, drinking and socialising. They kept me informed, which is very important.
The chapter ended when my mother started to wander, thus having to succumb to a home with 24hour care.
Still today she maintains a weekly visit by an original caregiver.

I can't thank them enough.

The service we receive from Home Instead is outstanding in every respect. Initially Mum was reluctant to receive help, now when I phone and ask if her carer is there I get the reply 'No, but my friend is'.

She looks forward to the carers coming each day and they are always cheerful, professional, friendly and completely reliable. We would be lost without you!

Overall Experience

Our family contacted Home Instead approximately four years ago. Initially one hour a week, now twice a day, to help our 91 year old mother. The first visit to get to know the client set the standard. They visit each new client and select care workers with similar interest. My mother's life has been enriched 100% by Home Instead, the most important relationship to Mum is Home Instead. They genuinely care and are there 24 hours a day on call to reassure and help. A lifeline between the family members and the client. Fantastic - cannot speak highly enough. Call them.
