My father had to be hospitalised over a weekend and this was only by the attentiveness of the carer. When he was discharged the level of care was beyond exception (as always) whereby they couldn't have been any more helpful and ensuring that his welfare was paramount. We would not hesitate in recommending this care agency to anyone. They always go above and beyond and it's apparent that all the staff enjoy working for this exceptional company.
Very helpful and supportive, every day Mon - Thursday, ensuring my Dad is happy, fed and house is kept clean.
A totally reliable and supportive service. I am given total peace of mind.
I have been with Home Instead for nearly three years and I feel my life and well being has greatly improved through their regular visits and care. The caregivers they have selected for me are just like family. What I like is I always get the same carer, and she's always on time. Nothing is too much trouble and both the caregiver and office team always go the extra mile to meet my needs and wishes. The support I receive is outstanding and I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for the best care.
I look forward to my visits. I find everyone very helpful. The caregivers arrive on time, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. The caregivers will do anything extra when I ask them to do so.
They arrive on time and help to make life much more pleasurable.
An excellent service - cheerful, helpful, considerate and thorough.
Absolutely wonderful service. Caring, always on time, all of them well mannered. My mum and dad are like different people since we started using Home Instead. It's made such a positive difference to their outlook on life and their overall wellbeing. Thank you to all the lovely, kind carers and staff. You are making such a difference!
Staff very kind and pleasant - very prompt regarding timing and their visits are very helpful.
My mother receives excellent care and attention from the carers of Home Instead. Communication with me when there is an issue is good and clear. Mum gets on well with all her carers.
No problems, the support I get from Home Instead Senior Care enables me to remain at home and to continue doing my own thing which I like.
I am very pleased with the service that I receive from Home Instead. All the staff are very caring and supportive and they arrive on time. I get on well with all the staff and look forward to them visiting me and they always put a smile on my face. I am kept well informed by the office of any changes that affect me.
My father received care from Home Instead for the past year. At all times he was treated with dignity. Accepting care had been difficult for my parents but the staff who attended him were just wonderful with both him and my mother. They have moved to live with me and I am not sure that I will be as lucky finding carers as good as those who came to see my dad. Thank you to them all.
I have used Home Instead for about three years and during that time I have been more satisfied with the care and help they have provided. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who requires help in their home.
Home Instead provides mum with an excellent service. They support her to be as independent as possible in a caring but professional manner. Have only positive things to say. Thank You.
I get on very well with my carer, it is like having a daughter or grandaughter, very helpful.
I have found the carers provided by home instead to be helpful, speedy workers who are friendly as well. I did not think I would be able to find such an ideal care provider, but I have done so and would recommend Home Instead without hesitation.
Home Instead carers have been amazing and given me a reason to get up in the mornings.
I have nothing but praise for the people I have met from 'Home Instead', they are all polite, caring and helpful and there have been instances when their help has been invaluable.
What day is it today? In days gone by, when folk grew old, there was no one to care, but here and now, a helping hand, meets my needs on her rounds. To get me up, wash me down or tuck me up in bed, help me make a cup of tea, or turn my vest the right way round. Rescue comes fast at times of great need, from the kindly carers of Home Instead (Senior care) (You know who you are).
