We are very pleased with all carers in Home Instead and would recommend.
I have enjoyed my association with you very much.
I have received amazing service with Home Instead. The carers and staff have been so kind and helpful and I have made many friends. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead with no hesitation.
Wonderful carers, good company.
Excellent service, highly recommended.
Very happy with the service so far. It is nice to have someone to chat and have a coffee with. A great help in the shower, where one is always nervous of slipping.
An excellent service. The ladies are both willing and very caring. Nothing is too much trouble.
My carers are all cheerful and helpful ladies.
Very happy with all my carers. All arrive on time.
I have been really happy with the care Mum has received from Home Instead. The caregivers take a real interest in Mum and are very thoughtful. Mum really enjoys their visits and values their companionship as well as their help with personal care.
We are very happy with the overall care and respect given to Mother on the daily visits. All the carers are very friendly and helpful and Mum is happy and content with their presence.
Very pleased with the care I received from all your carers. Always giving friendly advice if needed. Cheerful company and happy faces helped days go by when one is living alone. I find the care service very reassuring for me.

Very pleased with the care and the enormous help.
They keep me happy, and I look forward to my visits.
Enjoy their visits.
Home Instead has been very friendly and efficient in our dealings. The caregivers have got on well with my wife who is not always easy to deal with. The office side of things has been well managed.
Excellent company - would recommend 100%.
Home Instead have been caring for my Mum for two years and my brother and I couldn't be happier with them. All Mum's CAREGivers treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. They not only deal with her personal needs but also make sure she is involved with most daily tasks and to see her laugh and smile with them fills my heart with such happiness. When Mum had a suspected stroke recently, the whole team rallied round to support not only Mum but also myself and my brother at what was such a worrying time; I live 150 miles away and the way the CAREGiver handled the situation of dealing with the paramedics and taking care of Mum while talking to me on the phone was utterly incredible. The staff in the office are always helpful with not only my emotional support but also go to extra lengths to deal with issues such as Occupational Therapists etc. They have all become part of the family while keeping the appropriate 'distance'. We couldn't be without them and are so thankful to them all.
Confidence given throughout recent times of stress and loneliness - with humour.
We have been using Home Instead since the beginning of the year and are very pleased with the service they give. My elderly Mum thinks they are lovely and I have no qualms at all about them. They are caring and considerate and I would recommend them without reservation.
