Suffering from MS this is my first experience of care in my own home and I can only describe it as superb. All staff from the management to the carers have been brilliant with prompt time keeping to arranged appointments and all have performed their individual duties to a very high standard and in a very pleasing friendly and competent manner.

They all seem to go "the extra mile" to create a stress-free and calm atmosphere for the client.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your company as a truly first class operation and a credit to all concerned.

My father and I have the greatest respect for all staff at Belong at Home (Atherton). The manager is only to happy to listen and help if able to any concerns about my dad's welfare. I would be truly lost without their help and kindness were shown. All the remaining staff are also happy and smiling which makes it a pleasant place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.

The care that has been provided over the last few months has been exceptional. The staff, in my opinion, are extremely friendly, polite and caring. To have them around at such a challenging time has been a great help and took a lot of pressure off the family. I know that without them we would not have coped. Each and every one of the careers deserves recognition for a wonderful job they do. I would definitely say to anyone who needs help with caring for a loved one you should get in touch with this agency as you cannot fault them. A big thank you to all the staff for all the care and support.

Having been in receipt of home care for almost three years and in that have had 4 different agencies, I can honestly say that Belong at Home is by far the best and have improved my quality of life and by extension that of my wife as well. The quality of care is constantly good and I have been asked on a number of occasions how it could be improved.

All staff are caring, compassionate and experienced. They treat my mother with respect and dignity, giving her the opportunity to use her skills when appropriate, but are always there to help when needed. The staff are are a support to myself as her carer, and have helped me manage to look after her, giving additional support - with wise words and humour. Staff are all polite, well dressed, always on time, and reliable! I would recommend their care to anyone.
