I have had really good experience with Pleasant Home Healthcare. The carers are really friendly and professional. My mother has Alzheimer's disease (mid stage) and the carers we have had so far, are really patient and knowledgeable about dementia care. We will continue to use this agency. Very personable.

First time we have used care for my mum and would say that it has been a very positive experience. Every carer that comes has been very patient and listened to Mum's needs. They make every effort to fulfil exactly what is required to make a difference to Mum's life. The management are very easy to contact and always get straight back and are helpful and provide solutions to problems and assist with any requirements. Very helpful and easy to communicate with.

He has short memory problems, in fact he seems to have no memory regarding day to day activities. They are easy to contact if there is a problem and likewise they always contact me if there is a query with his care. All the carers are very patient and it is so comforting on my behalf that he is so well looked after

Pleasant Home carers came to care for my wife Pauline about September 2025, they came 4 times a day and were so kind and helpful. Pauline had dementia that was getting advanced, the carers did everything for Pauline, where I was finding it difficult with my age. The girls were always punctual. The management were also very helpful and Pauline passed away on Jan 29 2026. Carers were here and helped me adjust and supported.

Great carers, attentive, very communicative and genuinely effective at caring for my mum who lives alone and has dementia. My mum also likes the carers very much as they are very skillful which is crucial when providing care for someone with dementia.

From the very first time I met the management, I was happy that the care they would provide for my dad would be exceptional. Carers were always reliable, respectful and went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well looked after. The management was quick to involve the district nurses for his medical needs, which was timely and very helpful.

I am very satisfied with Pleasant Home Healthcare. Not only are the team of carers compassionate punctual and eager to help out whenever possible, but they interact with Mum which makes each visit an enjoyable one. Living a distance away from Mum has it's problems, which are made so much easier knowing that Mum is in good hands. Any concerns related to health problems with Mum have always been brought to my attention no matter what day or time of which is down to a high standard of management within the company. We are happy that we went to the trouble to change companies and highly recommend the company to all.

My mum has been having care from Pleasant Home Healthcare for 9 months. As a daughter who lives 70 miles away I could not be happier with the care my mum gets. I have the reassurance that she is being treated with dignity. When Mum was taken into hospital recently and discharged, we were able to have the carers restart at a day's notice. They are reliable, flexible and everyone is so lovely, and friendly. Mum is very happy which makes us as a family happy.

My dearest Mum was provided with care by Pleasant Home Healthcare for the last three years of her life. The carers were more like friends or family than employees. Not only professional and good at what they did but attentive to my Mum's requests and finding time to talk to her and get to know her.
