Since having Bluebird girls my life has changed and I can look forward I having a lovely chat. I have only a few care assistants and I have been able to have a I've relationship with them. I don't like a lot of people coming to my home but really like the Bluebird girls and always get a good service and a lovely chat.

I like how the girls treat me as I like and how the girls always offer to help me with anything I need. I would not go anywhere else for care. I am very happy.

I am very happy with my carer, he always goes that extra mile. He really helps me with everything and I never need to ask as he has everything covered, from shopping to making sure all my appointments are booked in and that I am taken to them. I feel really safe with him, he is excellent.

Bluebird Care is a good company and I am very happy with all the care I receive for my grandson. The only thing I have a problem with the on-call. The on-call should be with someone who is free 24 hours a day to come out, I have noticed when I ring on-call that sometimes the person on-call is busy doing other duties and can't do much until they are finished. I think they should be at least two to three people on-call at one time.
