Outstanding care, I did not worry about my mum for one moment. Your carers went beyond and above my expectations. Your office staff were pleasant, efficient and always helpful and reachable. Thank you.
We were very pleased at the prompt response at such short notice. The carer sent was pleasant and very helpful. The whole package was excellent.
My carer arrived promptly every day. She gave me help where needed. Bathing, clothes, pills, transport to the hospital. She was a cheerful person and we had some great chats. I have missed her and wish her well.
I have used Home Instead Senior Care increasingly over many months as my husband's dementia and other disabilities have needed more and more care. From the start - and until my husband was admitted to a nursing home last month - Home Instead Senior Care has been kind, patient, efficient, effective, prompt and helpful. Their carers have been faultless and we became friends so much so that I miss them.
Thank you very much Barbara - it's been a real privilege to help. I hope your husband settles well in his new home.
My mother was a very independent lady and, with many medical issues, eventually needed help to stay in her flat, determined not to go into a care home. Home Instead have been very efficient and dependable. It was hard for my mother to have people visit her daily at first, but she grew very fond of the carers and we, as a family, felt she was getting companionship as well as daily care for her needs, especially as I don't live locally to Camberley. Home Instead have been there when we needed them the most and I can't thank them enough for their care and kindness (the only thing my mother had a problem with was their bed-making skills!).
Thanks. The two carers were both very fond of your mum and it was a pleasure to be able to help her.
Cannot fault the care and attention given to me. Nothing is too much trouble.
I have called upon the services of this agency once before in 2014 and again now. I am lacking in confidence when walking in the town and need someone to lean on! I drive my car but feel very wobbly on my feet when I get out of the car. The assurance of someone being with me to help getting up and down kerbs, opening stiff doors etc is most important to me. Everywhere else I manage well.
Thank you for your kind words Dorothy. I'm so pleased we are able to support you to go out

Meet the Team (10)
I joined Home Instead in 2017, and I am very passionate about delivering person-centred and relationship-led care to clients. I see our role in the office as providing a service to clients, but also supporting our care professionals to be the best they can be.
I started in care due to the flexibility with young children, but over time, I have progressed to GM and Group Registered Manager. I'm grateful for the opportunities I have been given over the past years. I LOVE my job, I love the different tasks, I love the variety.
I started my career as a Care Professional myself, so I know first-hand what great care looks and feels like. Now, as a Care Manager, I love the balance of supporting our Care Professionals out in the field while still being able to connect with clients personally.
Knowing we're making a real difference to someone's life is what drives me. I love the balance of supporting our Care Professionals out in the field while staying closely connected to the clients we care for. That's what makes this job so rewarding.
Behind every smooth visit is a lot of careful planning. I love making sure our clients see the same familiar faces at consistent times, coordinating everything so our visits run seamlessly. But it's the conversations with clients along the way that make it so rewarding.
My focus is on making sure every new Care Professional feels genuinely supported from day one. A positive, encouraging environment makes all the difference, and I love seeing our team grow in confidence.
I started as a Care Professional and have never lost that connection to the hands-on side of care. I love being out in the field, supporting our Care Professionals and spending time with clients, and I take real pride in making sure every visit is as good as it can be.
Having spent years training new Care Professionals, I know exactly what it takes to thrive in this role. As our recruiter, I love finding the right people and knowing from experience just how rewarding the journey ahead of them will be.
I'm often the first person a family speaks to, and I never take that lightly. My background is in care, so I understand what families are going through, and I'm here to help them find the right support.
As Recruitment Manager at Home Instead, I attract, select and welcome compassionate people who share our commitment to outstanding care. I work to build a team of dedicated Care Professionals who make a real difference to clients and their families.
