Home Instead offers outstanding quality of the care by taking time to understand what each person needs and what makes them happy.

Providing clients with the right home care so they can maintain their independence and dignity and continue to enjoy life, Home Instead understands the importance of spending time with people; sometimes just being there is as important as getting the jobs done.

Home Instead Bagshot visits people throughout the Ascot, Camberley & Wokingham area, including Bracknell, Chobham, Lightwater and all the areas in between. They help with most of the things people need to stay in their own homes, including meal preparation, shopping, light housekeeping, medication and personal care.

Home Instead's minimum visit is an hour so you don't have to rush and you'll see the same person most of the time so you can plan your week together.

The Ascot office is part of a wider group that cover the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire borders and have additional facilities such as a wheelchair accessible vehicle and raiser chair incase of a fall.

Home Instead have been an indispensable part of my life for 3 years. Initially helping my VERY reluctant Mum with every day chores to eventually just providing companionship. Dementia took away Mum's independence and when she had to move into a Care Home we kept up the Care Pro visits as Mum enjoyed
seeing a familiar face. Mum was ALWAYS pleased to see two particular carers, and I very much appreciated the one to one support they offered. From the very beginning, the initial creation of a care plan, the unscheduled visits to hospital while I was on holiday, the professionalism of a staff member in scheduling appropriate visiting times and the endless videos Mum's 'girls' have watched with her, all I can say is Thank You....I couldn't have done it without you.

My sister had really good care and companionship from 2 carers in the last 6 months from home instead she was very reluctant to admit she needed help in the house and transport to the shops and garden centre she loved her plants and garden and they willingly accompanied her
The last few months were
quite traumatic for her and the carers were really supportive.
She passed away at the weekend and we can only say thank you for the kind service your carers gave to her over the time she had left .

We are very grateful to Home Instead for their care and support that our mum has received over the past year. She has always been a strongly independent lady and the thought of people coming into her home filled her with dread. She finally realised that she needed support when everyday tasks were becoming
increasingly difficult for her. From the first introduction by the care manager, who explained all available options and created a health care plan, to the daily visits from the care pros, the service has been professional and person centred. Mum has a great rapport with all her 'ladies' and looks forward to their visits, including trips out to coffee shops and support to medical appointments and the hairdresser. This had brought such relief to my sister and I, knowing that mum is content, well cared for and treated with dignity, as we both live some distance away. We are always kept informed by the team of any issues or concerns and know that there is always someone to speak to.

Home Instead have been helping us for over 2 years with the ever-changing care needs of my parents, who suffered a serious heart attack and stroke just weeks apart. From the start, I was struck by the warmth, professionalism and adaptability of the team. They acted quickly and put bespoke care in place
without delay. Over time, they've become a reassuring presence through hospital stays, emergencies and ongoing care-always responsive and flexible, even arranging live-in care at very short notice. The staff are consistently kind, respectful and cheerful, and treat my parents with genuine care and compassion. Their positivity has lifted our spirits during some very difficult times. Special thanks to the staff and one in particular who came with little notice to stay with my father. You've made such a difference and we're so grateful.

My siblings and I have been very impressed with and grateful for the support that the whole Home Instead team have provided for our mother over the last two years. They were professional, knowledgeable, proactive and supportive throughout the period they provided care for our mother. They were very
responsive when the care provided for Mum needed to be increased, and incredibly helpful dealing with doctors, pharmacists and others in the overall care system. The carer who led our relationship, was excellent throughout, and the care pros who looked after Mum day to day did so with great care and attention.

From the first meeting with the care team to set up a care plan for my father who was diagnosed with rapid onset Alzheimer's/Dementia they have been amazing. My father's carers have been so professional and caring in guiding my father on this journey. Living overseas certainly has its challenges when
helping an elderly parent. They have been wonderful in keeping me informed on everything and also guiding me when I have not been familiar with how some facets of the health care system work in the UK.

We have been using Home Instead in Ascot for about 6 months now and cannot rate them highly enough. It was a big step for us to step back a little and allow people to help us care for our parents. Home Instead and the carer listened to us and came up with a package of care for my parents who worked
for us. Every single carer has gone over and above for both mum and dad and are so kind and caring. When Dad was rushed to hospital, Home Instead stepped in with overnight carers for Mum and has been so flexible and supportive. Thank you so much, we literally couldn't have survived without your help and Mum loves her daily visits, it means when my sister and I come in we get to enjoy quality time with Mum and feel so less stressed knowing she has help when we are not there.

We have used Home Instead, Bagshot for two years now to care for my dad who has dementia and limited mobility. His main carer and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She visits twice a week for companionship and our family all feel confident to leave Dad in her care knowing he will be well looked
after and have an enjoyable outing. She helps Mum with little jobs around the flat too as she also has limited mobility and nothing is ever too much to ask.
Another staff member also provides care for Dad with excellent personal care helping with showering and personal grooming and it’s a joy to hear them chatting away together, something we never thought Dad would agree to initially but he has no issue with it now.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead, hence a 5-star review.

Home Instead have been providing care services for my elderly uncle for over 2 years and they have been nothing other than exemplary from the outset. The genuine warmth and affection of the carers is impressive, the level of personal interaction is high and my uncle is convinced that they are just friends
coming to visit. They play draughts, listen to him read sketches or jokes from his extensive collection of comedy books and genuinely appear to enjoy their time with him, all whilst preparing his evening meal, supervising his bath, laying out fresh clothes for the morning and attending to his personal needs. We would highly commend them to anyone seeking an alternative to residential care for an elderly relative.

Huge thanks to all the team at Home Instead. Mum's memory has been deteriorating and she was forgetting if she'd taken her medication (particularly eyedrops for glaucoma-now pressures back to normal due to carers administration) and not really eating or taking enough fluids. She has little insight into
her difficulties and is adamant she wants to stay at home. The support of Home Instead has facilitated her staying at home and reduced the anxiety of my sister and me. The carer notes completed after each visit are wonderful and reassuring. Communication between the office, carers and us is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Carers are willing to take mum to appointments. It is also wonderful to be able to share with the carers concerns and for their feedback. Thank you to everyone.

Carers are carefully matched to individual which is great for relationship building. Carers attentive and supportive, nothing is too much trouble. They are observant and when normal duties completed will proactively provide additional home care support. Can not praise dedication to my mother more. A

Home Instead has been an absolute lifeline for my mum and our family over the past 18 months. I honestly don't know how we'd have gotten through without them all.
Everything has been smooth-running, queries and requests have been dealt with in a quick, timely manner; nothing has ever been too much
trouble and everyone has always gone the extra mile. The whole team is so friendly, compassionate and warm; we are hugely appreciative of everything they've done for our family.
Special thanks to everyone in the office and also to my mum's main carers, both of whom have both been so very thoughtful and generous with their time and words. You will all be sorely missed.

The Home Instead team started caring for my widowed mother over 2 years ago and during this time the number of daily visits increased as circumstances changed.
Our family's experience is that the Care Givers are professional, attentive and caring. By maintaining open and honest communications, my mother's
needs have been fully met and in most cases proactively planned for.
As important, the office and non care administration staff have been fully supportive of my mother, her family, and the Care Givers. Urgent changes in care arrangements have been made where necessary without fuss.
In short, the care provided to my mother and her family members has enabled my mother to stay in her own home for much longer time than expected, whilst being both happy and safe.

My husband's carer has made life worth living over the past few months. She arrives every morning full of life, cheerful, energetic and does a wonderful job looking after my husband's needs. She is hardworking and cleans the shower, makes the beds and just makes life easier for me. My husband has dementia
and it can be soul-destroying looking after him, but she makes it all bearable. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful carer.

We used Home Instead to support our parents as my Mum was struggling to look after my 90-year-old Dad at home.
We had three wonderful ladies over the course of 18 months to help with Dad's care and he genuinely looked forward to their visits. It was so lovely to arrive at their house and hear them
all laughing together.
We had support for showering and sitting chatting with my Dad while Mum went out.
Nothing was too much trouble and a massive thank you to them for their wonderful support and friendship.
We could not recommend Home Instead more highly.

Home Instead have provided such fantastic care and attention for my parents over the last 6 months, enabling them to continue to live in their own home. Everyone involved in the company went above and beyond, from everyone in the office to all of the carers. The level of care and attention given to
both my parents was exceptional - what an amazing team of people. The same staff consistently cared for my parents which gave me complete peace of mind - they all knew exactly what was happening so no surprises for elderly people which is so important. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - and I would like to thank them all for everything they did for my parents.

Care Givers from Home Instead provided the highest quality of care, friendship and support to my mother for over two years, until she needed residential care. I have found every one of the Care Givers to be intelligent and thoughtful in addressing Mum's needs, always coupled with consistent positivity
and good humour. Mum particularly loved the two Care Givers who visited most regularly and questioned whether they were her daughters, such was the level of ease she felt with them. When mum had a few tricky and challenging moments, the home Instead team provided additional support with no notice, and always restored calm. The friendliness, efficiency, advice and support from the central team is also consistently excellent. I can't praise the Home Instead enough, and I recommend the team without reservation.

The care and companionship provided by Home Instead to our mother has been outstanding and always so professional. It gave us the peace of mind we so badly needed during a difficult time and knowing Mum really enjoyed and looked forward to the daily visits was very comforting. The communication between
the care staff, office and ourselves was extremely efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble so we could all act immediately to solve any issues.

I joined the office team at Bagshot in September 2018, having previously worked as a CAREGiver for the Woking branch until I moved closer to Bagshot.


I’ve loved working for Home Instead as a CAREGiver, helping to support individuals so they can carry on living at home independently.


My role now is to meet new clients and help them design the kind of support they would like to receive, visit our existing clients to make sure they're happy with the support they're receiving and deal with questions from our team of CAREGivers.


I am very much looking forward to my new role and getting to know all of the clients and CAREGivers.
