Very happy with the service and staff. I have one carer in particular who helps me no end. The service is always there when needed and I am always treated with respect and dignity.

Pine Lodge have cared for my mother for quite a while now and I can honestly say I could not have chosen a better team of carers, All the ladies and the manager have shown the highest level of care and professionalism in the service they provide. They always greet mother first and talk to her about
her day so far and how she is feeling then carry out the tasks of washing, changing clothes, making the bed and anything else she requires.
They are a friendly, loving team who make mum smile even when she was at her lowest times. Mother always looks forward to their visits. If you live in the Weston area, believe me they are the best by far, I have dealt with others so I do know.

The care given to my aunt cannot be faulted. Although her family lover her dearly we do realise how difficult she can be. The girls gave her 110%, they soon realised her many foibles and managed them in such a way it kept her stress and anxiety levels down. This had a knock on effect with the family.
I am only sorry that she has progressed to nursing home care now, as we would have continued with Orchard Care for her lifetime. Never say never. We may need them again one day. I would recommend these girls and this firm to absolutely any and everybody.

We went to Weston for a few days, we were unable to have the company we have had the last 4 years. Pine Lodge Home Care were excellent coming in the morning to assist my husband to get up and get washed etc. also sat with him in the afternoon tea time for me to go for food with my sister in law and
brother in law. If we were able to go again we would definitely have them and would recommend them to others.

Pleased with the home care I receive at 96. All the staff are very pleasant but are so busy so consider myself lucky to have carers four times a day and enjoy a chat whenever they can.
