On occasion, I have had cause to wonder about time keeping. Whereas some of the carers are well experience and lovely, but other are too young and inexperienced. Overall, we are pleased with the service.

I am very pleased with the Home Care package provision that I receive from all the staff at Pine Lodge who come to my home. In particular, the local manager is always very helpful and efficient in all aspects of my Home Care. All staff are very friendly and helpful and takes good care of me during their
visits.
Pine Lodge also provide me with a local Meals on Wheels service on some days of the week. Overall the standard and quality of the food is very good and of a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending to other new users.
I am very pleased with all aspects of service and care that I receive from Pine Lodge Care Home.

I was very impressed with the help provided by the manager and team. They were very caring and respectful towards my mother (82) who lives alone in her flat. Everything was well organised and efficient. The staff were caring and supportive which was a great comfort to me as her main carer lives in Sheffield.
I would recommend their services and will use them again.

My Mother-in-law only received home care for 10 days in her own home. Her condition deteriorated, she became unsafe, wandering in the night (outside).
As a family, we came to the decision that she required 24-hour care and is now in a nursing home.
The care mum had from the carer at home was very
good although Mother-in-law was sometimes difficult.

I really am most impressed with the carers. They show genuine interest and are what you would hope for. They seem to put their clients wellbeing first and do all that is needed for them.

I can't praise the manager and her staff enough for the professionalism demonstrated and forward thinking. Help is available at every opportunity, the follow up is excellent and reassuring. My wife and I are experiencing a lot of stress and worries with my mother's situation. This is greatly eased by
the staff at Weston Super Mare.

I have nothing but praise for the manner in which Pine Lodge Home Care looked after my mother. No matter who was on the rota everyone always treated her with warmth, kindness and friendliness. They were always considerate and professional even when having to negotiate the awkward neighbour who constantly
interferes.

My father said that all the carers were very nice that came, I was on holiday which is why I needed help so I didn't meet any of them but everyone I spoke to from Pine Lodge Home Care were very helpful and kind.

I have one hour's help a day where they follow a routine check list: Cream my legs, make a salad, fill a flask, do the laundry and empty bins. I am incontinent but I see to myself most of the time. I also have extra time for shopping where I use a Rollator Wheels or a light wheelchair. The carers
all look after me very well. I have about 10 carers on my list - I don't like having more than 5 different ones in any one week. The only other thing I don't like is on those occasions I have a temporary illness and the first carer does not inform the office - then the next carer does not know what to expect. The carers are good at helping with hobbies - bird feeders and learning to use the internet.

For the past two years, my mother has received a level of care that surpassed anything we could have hoped for. She liked all the carers who genuinely cared. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Had it not been for one of the carers finding Mum after her fall, I don't think she would be with
