Overall Experience

After having a bad heart attack in September 2021, my surgery sent me information regarding where I could ask for help with shopping and other services! I rang Pine Lodge and have never looked back. Every 2 weeks a 'shopper' takes me to the supermarket. She pushes the trolley and helps me select ceased

I would be devastated. I wear callipers on both legs and really need help now after having none until now. If, by any chance, I am unable to accompany the 'shopper' then I can give them cash so that they can shop for me. I trust these 'shoppers' implicitly. They respect me and if I ring the office for any reason for my reason the staff are so understanding and kind.

I am very happy with the service that is provided to me. The staff who attends to me are very thoughtful and caring about my needs. They arrive at the time allocated and always chatting and helpful to me - it certainly a very happy way to start my day. If I have had any issues they would always sort

Overall Experience

Excellent service. Kind, friendly staff who are very supportive of both the client and the family. We have used this provider for over a year and cannot fault it. We had the same provider when my dad was alive and was very happy to use them again for my mother.

We have been extremely happy with the service provided. The staff are all thoughtful and caring; they arrive at the time allocated and wash and dress with dignity and talk their way through the routine, and always with a smile. Overall Experience

Mum has used the services of Pine Lodge for 6 months. We have always found the carers and management to be totally professional, always putting mums best interests first. Nothing is too much trouble. We would recommend Pine Lodge to anyone.

Very good support for my father, flexible around requirements changing.
Would be excellent if changes requested were confirmed from an admin perspective but cannot fault care or carers.

Overall Experience

Pine Lodge provide daily hot meals for my mum and dad. It is an excellent service and very nutritious food. I very much appreciate the excellent carer. I would not hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge to other people.

Excellent caring and professional service from 3 or 4 staff members on different weekdays.
My mother lives in sheltered housing with meals provided but needs assistance with showers and keeping her own room clean etc. We are very pleased and relieved to know my mother is being assisted on the days

we cannot attend.

Overall Experience

Pine Lodge have been visiting my elderly mother in her home daily since September 2021. Previous to Covid they were also visiting her on a daily basis. All of my interactions with Pine Lodge have been of an excellent standard, nothing is too much trouble for the office staff or the care staff. My mother

always comments on how lovely the ‘girls’ are.

As a family, we are more than happy for our mother to be taken care of in her home by Pine Lodge but if she ever needed to go into the home, we would be very confident they would provide her with everything she needed and in a very caring way.

Pine Lodge Home Care are very helpful. Their care for my late wife who died in October 2019, was thoughtful and excellent. Pine Lodge now look after my domestic cleaning and occasional work around the house.

Overall Experience

All my carers are kind, friendly and willing to do as asked, some more than asked, which doesn't go unnoticed. I do have a moan, which they sympathise with and try to have a laugh as well, not so easy in these trying times. I think we get on well; hope they would agree. I think it is important to have

someone to show them the ropes with their first visit and explain how we like things done. They advise if I'm not sure what to do next, who to contact etc, and the office is always helpful with orders etc. Thanks all!

I have a lot of different carers; they are mostly very good - they follow my wishes, treat me with respect and talk to me about the world outside. I find the very young ones need a lot more supervising. The updated care plans are rather in-flexible.

My Mother and Father in law have been receiving a cooked lunchtime meal delivered to their home from Pine Lodge for the last four months. We have found the service to be excellent and the meals to be delicious and of an extremely high standard. They are always delivered promptly and with a smile. I

would highly recommend this service to anyone considering a “meals on wheels” service.
