I am always pleased with my care from the ladies of Pine Lodge Home Care. They are always cheerful and willing to help with anything I want and respectful of my dignity. I find the management ladies willing to help if they can and I feel I can always call on them if I have a problem.

No complaints whatsoever regarding Pine Lodge Home Care. The ladies are so caring and the management bend over backwards to help. My experience with them have has been second to none. I would certainly recommend Pine Lodge Home Care to anyone looking for care.

Pine Lodge Home Care staff provided extra care to support my mum in her home over the Christmas period. The staff were very respectful and caring and were able to meet her particular individual needs. The team kept me well informed which was invaluable to me as a long distance carer.

The home care service provided my Pine Lodge allowed my father to live in is own home as he wished. As a family, we had the trust and confidence that someone responsible would see him every day and alert us or medical professionals if there were any concerns. A very professional service.

Very happy with the service. The carers come when stated and stay for the stated time. Very friendly and efficient. Hospital podiatrist complimented my husband on the condition of his feet due to care.

I found the carers were kind and efficient, with attention to detail. Also, it was a reliable service and I felt confident leaving my elderly mother with dementia in their care. I do believe that the some of the staff would benefit from a manual handling update.

All the staff at Pine Lodge were extremely caring, very thoughtful and made my mum and dad's life very comfortable. It took a lot of worry off my mind and I felt they were in very good hands with the Pine Lodge staff. I found our carer very flexible to our needs and kept in contact about my dad's health
on several occasions; calling out the paramedics to attend him when his breathing was bad. Would highly recommend Pine Lodge Home Care.
