The service I receive is adequate for my need. The carers are always friendly and respectful. In this current crisis, they adopt all the necessary precautions.

The carers are kind and helpful. I do not always receive my choice of food. The carers are usually cheerful and chatty which I like.

Since then, it has been so rewarding for us to be part of helping to keep your independence at home with the support of your family. Thank you for our home care service based near Basingstoke, North Hampshire. It has been a pleasure supporting Mum for nearly 6-months now, she is such a genuine and lovely lady, and your own help and support has been vital to ensuring that she can remain at home receiving the care and support she needs. The care assistants all love to visit and have a cuppa and a chat. We have really enjoyed seeing Mum at our Care Hub, attending many of our events which always makes her smile.

The management and staff of Bluebird Care all display a very caring and courteous manner, whilst exhibiting a professional attitude. They have been particularly efficient during the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping us informed of the latest developments and adhering to those guidelines, especially those involving
clients and we thank them for this. The carers show good nursing skills and their timing is pretty good as well! We continue to be grateful to them for their kindness and care.

Tamsin’s career moved into Dementia Healthcare in 2017 after gaining an NVQ3 in Dementia Care studies during the pandemic lockdowns, in her previous role as a Dementia Adviser in Oxfordshire.  Before this, she had worked for many years as a CIPD-qualified Human Resources Generalist, working in Education/Care settings. Tamsin has always been a people-focussed person so the move into person-centred Dementia Care has been a natural progression as well as somewhat of a passion. Tamsin is delighted to be able to continue using her specialist experience, skills and dementia knowledge, with our customers affected by dementia.  She sees supporting and advising their family members as an extremely important side of her role in this new position with Bluebird Care in West Berkshire and North Hampshire.
