I would highly recommend Home Instead. In the 3 months they've been looking after my mum there has never been more than 2 different carers, so it's great to have this consistency. They have been friendly, kind, helpful and very attentive to mums needs. Always ready with good advice and as this was all new to me, they were a great help to myself too. I found them professional, punctual and nothing is too much trouble. Everything you could wish for in care for a loved one.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead Senior Care. My 92-year-old mother has been looked after by Home Instead Senior Care for 4 years now. During that time, the family have enjoyed peace of mind, knowing that she is being looked after with the care and respect she deserves....

Aspects of the business I really like are:
- New carers are introduced to mum before they form part of the team.- Constant communication between the carers and the family
- The minimum one-hour time slot.
