Terrible care providers, always late if they arrive at all. I would suggest people try an alternative agency as we have been using these for over a year and there has been no improvement since the care began. They are continuously late if they arrive at all, you will be extremely lucky if the office staff contact you to advise the carers are running late, i have tried several times to rectify these issues but have decided to give up and go somewhere else. Please do not leave your loved ones in these peoples hands, especially if your loved ones live by themselves. FYI The carers themselves are great, they just are unable to fulfil all the jobs given to them by office staff.
