Having been in retail management for 10 years and Banking for over 15 I wanted to utilise my skills in a different environment. I knew post-lockdown that care was an industry I wanted to support.

In the 2+ years I've been with Guardian Angel Carers, I have developed from Recruitment Manager, HR and now Head of Operations. I work with a team of care professionals and a team of Registered Managers who live the company's values every day for our clients.
