Having been in retail management for 10 years and Banking for over 15 I wanted to utilise my skills in a different environment. I knew post-lockdown that care was an industry I wanted to support.

My qualifications in Coaching and Management, my experience in creating a safe and compliant environment and my absolute passion for the development of individuals who see care as a career opportunity, have enabled me to build a wonderful team who lead with empathy and confidence whilst ensuring our clients are cared for in a safe and independent way

In the 2+ years I've been with Guardian Angel Carers, I have developed from Recruitment Manager, HR and now Head of Operations. I work with a team of care professionals and a team of Registered Managers who live the company's values every day for our clients. I could not be prouder to lead this wonderful group of branches in West Sussex and Hampshire.

Amanda Wallington is our Branch Manager and has been with the organisation since November 2018, starting as a CareAngel. Over the years, she has progressed through several roles, most recently as Live-in Care Manager for Guardian Angel Carers South Coast branches, a position she continues alongside her current role.

Known for her compassionate approach and strong relationships with clients and colleagues, Amanda is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, supports team leaders and CareAngels, and works closely with the Care Delivery Team to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent service for all clients.

Kirstie is the active Registered Care Manager for Guardian Angel Carers South Coast branches and has over 11 years of experience in the care industry, including running her own care company, working in domiciliary care, and serving as a Live-in Carer.

This extensive experience fosters empathy toward carers and enables them to set high standards, drawing on her first-hand knowledge of what great care entails. Having been with Guardian Angel Carers for over four years, Kirstie enjoys being part of a positive and supportive team of branch managers and carers.

Michelle is a dedicated Care Supervisor at Guardian Angel Carers, focusing on supporting carers in the field. She ensures their health and well-being are prioritised while maintaining high standards. With extensive experience in the care industry, Michelle's invaluable hands-on expertise and deep knowledge enable her to provide exceptional support, empowering her team to deliver outstanding care.

Ieuan is a Care Supervisor at Guardian Angel Carers, specialising in developing new client care packages and reviewing the care needs of existing clients. With a wealth of experience in the care industry, he offers expert guidance and advice to ensure clients receive the very best bespoke, person-centred care.

Shannon is the Care Coordinator for Guardian Angel Carers. She began her career as a carer and has worked her way up through the company by developing her skills and expertise. Shannon oversees the completion of weekly client and carer rotas, ensuring satisfaction for both parties. She collaborates closely with Michelle and Ieuan, promptly addressing feedback to maintain high levels of carer retention and client satisfaction.
