I cared for my mum alone for many years until it all became too much and I was struggling to cope. It was extremely hard for me to take a back seat and even more difficult for mum to allow others to care for her. Every Angel that has visited mum has been amazing and I am now able to go to work each
day knowing that mum is in safe hands and will be well cared for. Guardian Angels Carers are professional, reliable, friendly and most of all show great care and compassion. My mum’s quality of life has been greatly improved by the positive attitudes of the Carers and the exceptional care that they provide.

Very happy with the care my mother in law receives from Guardian Angel Carers. The carers are always very friendly and well trained, they call ahead if they are running late but are mostly on time. The office team are very friendly and helpful.

We have an unusual package as I also care for my father as well as having a live-in carer when I am not here.
The live-in carer is excellent and professional and genuinely cares for dad.
The day carers covering dad's personal care when I live in, generally they are good, but some need more prompting
than others. May be the care plan needs more detail.
The office staff are polite and helpful but there needs to be more communication between them and the carers. Not getting rotas or notified of changes to rota.

Overall the level of actual care is good. The office people are not always obliging in responding to calls re times of arrival and changes in the rota.

Since employing Guardian Angel Carers in April, we have been very pleased with our main carer. She is always on time, polite and extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She is a pleasure to know and we look forward to her visits. Cover, when she was away on holiday was a bit unpredictable
but we coped.

I am very happy with the care I receive and my carers are very kind and chat away about current and local things which are happening and often having a good laugh. One thing which would be helpful from the staff is if they could let me know if there is a change of carer coming, who it is and what time
to expect them.

I had a belated hip replacement at the beginning of July and the Guardian Angel Carers - Chichester came 3x to help me shower and put my TED socks on. They were always punctual and pleasant. If they have time, they will always ask If there is anything else they can do to help which is very useful.

Guardian Angel has been providing our son with 24-hour care in his home. The carers are well trained and look after him with understanding and empathy as well as with high professional standards. The office responds to our queries in a kind and thoughtful manner, although they are sometimes a bit slow

Never had the need for any help as I have always been determined to cope for myself! I had always been under the impression that the cost for all the help and assistance would be very expensive and living on my own would not be happy to ask anyone for financial help, only in extreme occasions/circumstances.
I can only say the help is excellent, and worthwhile adjusting finances! I can recommend it!
