During a challenging period, the delivery of care has been consistent and to a high standard. This meant that in the lockdown when we were unable to visit dad, we were totally confident and assured that he was safe and well looked after. Thank you.

All staff are cheerful, helpful and very willing to do any chores to keep the place clean and tidy. Putting on elastic stockings is very difficult. Not able to do it myself as problems with hands.

Dad had care from Guardian Angels for a short period between leaving hospital and deciding to go into a care home. The carers were all lovely and dad had no complaints. My interaction with management all went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was very caring and helpful.

Guardian Angels provided exemplary care for my father despite the difficulties caused by the CV-19 pandemic and were especially considerate and respectful during his recent final few weeks. We cannot praise their devotion and compassion towards him highly enough and were grateful for the support and

Following a fall, my mother was hospitalised. Guardian Angel was already caring for her. To enable Mum to return home quickly, they put in extra care immediately.

Service and care above and beyond expectations! Dad was found on the floor in a mess, the carers cleaned him up to protect his dignity and called the ambulance, and stayed with him. He was able to stay home luckily, and the carer who was meant to have the afternoon off, did some shopping and got a prescription,
and visited the pharmacy for him. Also, took his washing home to do and make him diner! So impressed with Guardian Angel and really happy to recommend to others, it's such a comfort to know that Dad is in good hands.

We are very impressed by Guardian Angel and happy with the service they provide. My mum's carers have genuine affection and interest in her, and my mum trusts them. They look after her personal needs very well, but also do the washing, ironing and cooking for my parents, which is a great help to me.
I have confidence in the carers and know they will do the right thing.

My aunt lives alone in Chichester as she has survived all her contacts and friends. My sisters and I have Power of Attorney but I live in Swindon and she lives near Bath. We contacted Guardian Angels on the eve of lockdown about a daily visit and not only did they agree to it there and then, but started
the care the following day. A carer has visited every day and my sister and I could not be more grateful.

My mother received excellent care from Guardian Carers, she looked forward to trips out and chats with her carers. I was kept informed of any updates in mum's situation and if a carer had any concerns. I would highly recommend Guardian Carers for their professionalism and most importantly their kind

My father was hospitalised after a fall recently. His carers found this out and stayed with him in A&E until he was seen, one of them visiting on her day off. We were pleased to see this commitment to his welfare.

The carers are generally well trained, kind and efficient. However, there are many different carers, and a-regular carer would be preferred. Also, the time that they come is often altered without consultation. 8.20 am is the best time for us, and recently this has been altered to 8.45 am without consultation.

I have lived at home with a live-in carer for 18 months now. During that time I have has many carers ( well over a dozen) and they have all been excellently trained and made me feel "special". It has been interesting to learn about their own lives and the places they've come from, as well as them taking
an interest in both me and my family. Some of the carers are not accustomed to cooking, " traditional" or simple Eglish food, however.

Guardian Angel Carers work hard to meet the needs of their clients. They work to the highest standards. Their communication is very good. The only area for improvement is to mail out the weekly care rotas earlier so that clients without access to the internet can discover when their carer will arrive
on a Monday morning.

Carers are respectful, conscientious and professional. Home has a caring vocation. They seem on occasion under time pressures as a result of too tight a travel time between calls, even without congestion on roads. This can affect the level of care delivered, but as a rule, this is not to the detriment
of the client. Supervisory visit good - but talking in front of client on other matters should be discouraged.

We have used Guardian Angel Carers for six months. They are very well organised, and communication with clients is excellent. We have has a variety of carers, all of whom have been very competent, caring and have taken the trouble to familiarise themselves with the patient's medical history, and interests.
They always arrive on time, and we are notified well in advance of any changes to the rota. Carers are kind, sympathetic, very patient, and we feel they are competent to deal with any emergency.

Mum has had Dr's appointments over the last month or so, which my siblings and I have been unable to encourage her to keep. She has not attended two or three recently.
Today, mum has been with a Guardian Angel Carer, to see the GP, and shared with my sister that it was all good. I have no doubt that
without the Angel who visited today, this would have been another mother unwilling to go. We thank this carer a huge amount for her support for mum today, and for Guardian Angel, who have provided some reliable, supportive, and great care this year for mum. Their great service hasn’t just made just a ‘small’ difference, they continue to do so, each day they attend, and Mum looks forward to them visiting and helping her. From us, we thank you all immensely.

I have been delighted with the care I have received. Guardian Angel Carers have saved my sanity by providing night care for my husband who has Parkinson's with dementia. The staff have been responsive, pleasant and helpful. All the carers who have come overnight have been experienced and I have been
very happy to leave my husband in their care. I recommend the agency wholeheartedly.

I cared for my mum alone for many years until it all became too much and I was struggling to cope. It was extremely hard for me to take a back seat and even more difficult for mum to allow others to care for her. Every Angel that has visited mum has been amazing and I am now able to go to work each
day knowing that mum is in safe hands and will be well cared for. Guardian Angels Carers are professional, reliable, friendly and most of all show great care and compassion. My mum’s quality of life has been greatly improved by the positive attitudes of the Carers and the exceptional care that they provide.
