The staff are excellent, friendly and courteous and will help when asked.

General opinion expressed is when leaving my wife as a day care visitor, that she is always made welcome and taken onto the residential area where she is integrated with the residents. Of which she is family with one or two people.

Although we find the overall service satisfactory, our main concern is no 24-hour on-call service. Whilst working for the ambulance service, we tried to contact your agency by the phone number printed in your care plans, to find it wasn't manned.

My father-in-law received care from June 2022 until November 2022. He was shown kindness and excellent care. The carers also showed great respect to my mother-in-law and family, at all times. Sadly he passed away this weekend, but I have written this because this last week has been very difficult, to say the least. But the carers have shown their utmost respect at every call leading up to his passing. They have shown so much compassion to him and his wife that they need to be recognised for this, especially three members in particular. Also, the coordinators have always been willing to help in any way they can. We all understand they are understaffed and under so much pressure. But these people need to get recognised for what they do, without these people you wouldn't have such a great team.

I would like to say my experience with Manorcourt, has been above average. I would recommend Manorcourt to anyone considering a care company.

Things do seem to be ok at the moment.

I am never made to feel a burden and am treated with the utmost respect. After showering my bathroom is left clean, safe and tidy and all used sanitary products are disposed of correctly.

All carers are professional with a sense of humour. They treat me with dignity. I sometimes feel that they are in a hurry at evening calls, perhaps you should have dedicated evening staff?

The support I receive from Manorcourt Homecare (Thetford) is tip top. I have an "A-team" of regular carers that support me in all aspects of care. They bring the sunshine into my daily life. Any problem I have is taken care of. They certainly know how to care

Having regular carers who know me makes me feel safe and secure. Nothing is too much trouble for them, My days are easier to get through with their help, personal care, meals prepared, they are my lifeline.

On the whole, the caring is acceptable and covers what is required. As with other businesses, some carers are better than others ie: by carrying out more than is expected or the bare minimum. Communication is excellent directly with carers which is paramount. My mother is happy with the care she receives, which is great; we have continuity with the same carers who know her and her needs.

Good service provider. Most carers are hardworking, office staff are friendly and willing to help.

We find the staff all very helpful, caring, willing to listen and making time to the best of their ability.

In the 2 and a half years of using this care company I have always been treated as important with my care needs paramount. Always kind and courteous.

I have had care for 54 years and in my opinion, you cannot get a better care company. My team go out of their way to provide, help and do all they can to assist in my daily living.

Manorcourt have been visiting my mum for a year now. It has been an absolute weight off my mind knowing someone is going in daily to give Mum some company. The girls are cheerful and have a laugh with Mum and although she is completely independent they help her with shopping or anything else she needs. Can’t praise them enough!

We have only just recently started to have Manorcourt care come out to my nan. What a difference it has made. My nan is a lot happier since having the carers. We couldn't ask for a better team of carers to take care of her.
