All very good.
The carers are very friendly and helpful. They treat my mother with kindness and respect. The agency tried very hard to arrange and rearrange times after her major operation and subsequent additional care needs. I am confident that they provide a first class service at all times.
This is our first experience of home care and so far is has been a good home. We were not looking forward to having strangers in the house but it is proving to be a pleasant experience. All the carers have been gentle, caring and considerate. They have all found the time to have a chat with my husband and with them, he has been quite responsive. They cannot always arrive on time but this is unavoidable and understandable. We have 45-minute sessions and this is enough time for our patient not to feel rushed or a nuisance!
The carers are all very nice and caring, giving information when needed, having a laugh, cheering us up, helpful when needed, helping to jigsaws when they have time, with my husband. Make us a cup of tea. My husband washes himself most days, if not they help him to wash and dress.
We find the carers very helpful and nice to talk to, they are very good at timekeeping and all nice persons.
