For the past 2 years, I have had a lot of support from this agency with respect to caring for my mother. I have found staff easy to work with and if I have any concerns they have been dealt with in a friendly and professional way. The carers always look smart and treat my mother well, giving her the dignity she deserves.
Excellent service with my brother. Very satisfactory with carers working with him.
I have been receiving care for the last 10-11 years due to several health problems. It was always running very smoothly and satisfactory at first. I only needed help with one call in the morning but over time with my health deteriorating (with a heart attack, blood clot and fluid on my lungs over the years), I now have 3 carers every day, AM, lunch and evening. I am quite mobile, having a mobility scooter to get out on. Also my children visit when they are able to, which keeps me active. I am very happy with the service I am receiving. There was a time when we and carers were not happy due to a new manageress they employed, she had a really bad attitude towards everybody. Now she has gone, it seems the company, with the new manageress is running very smoothly again. Also, most of the carers seem to be very good. I am quite happy the way things are running. The carers are my lifeline.
