When you open the door, it's like letting the family in. They not only help my husband, but they also help me in lots of different ways. The biggest way is they make me laugh and lift my spirits. My husband is basically bed bound which makes me housebound but when your girls come in they make my life so much better.

In the main, I am well satisfied with Manorcourt, since I put the point across that I do not respond to my full name, only my shortened name. My regular carers respect my point of view and go along with my standpoint.

My neighbour was diagnosed with Alzheimer's approximately six years ago. Manorcourt Care Agency began caring for her around the same time.
With their care and support, now six times each day, she is able to continue living in her own home. She was born in the house, almost 89 years ago.

Doing a good job.

All the staff extremely helpful, always cheerful, good fun. Very tender with my wife, listen to her, put washing in the machine, put rubbish in the bin. Very careful when getting my wife out of bed for a shower when required.

The carers that my mum has are the Best we've ever had. Especially two carers they are second to none and another lady is very nice I would not want to lose them. They care about my mum they don't look at it as just a job they have big hearts. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Manorcourt Homecare have been brilliant. Always available if we had any concerns regarding mum. I can honestly say that my mum's carer has given my mum a quality of life that she definitely would not have if she was in a nursing home. Regularly reviewed my mum's care plan to ensure that it was appropriate as her condition changed. I would recommend Manorcourt Homecare to anyone who needs live in care.

We have been assigned two fabulous carers. We cannot fault any aspect of their care. They are compassionate, kind, highly experienced and professional. We have further been supported by other carers. They have gone above and beyond in accommodating our wishes in providing consistent care for our parents. We are truly happy and satisfied with the care and respect we have received.

From initial contact with the agency to implementing our Father's care requirements, everyone at Manorcourt has provided an excellent standard of service. The team of carers Dad now has in place look after him with warmth, friendliness and compassion. The office and coordinator team are always professional and supportive. The care provided for Dad over these last few weeks has meant he is happy and well in his home. Long may it continue.

All the staff from top-down have had an input into facilitating my care. This has been done with dignity, support and at times extreme understanding. I am not your 'generic' service user. (I believe) I am not (technically) retired, and have mental issues and disabilities that are both variable and complex to understand. With communication and both carer, coordinator, and manager, I learnt to accept my needs and care that was necessary for my physical and mental well-being. This has been a road of discovery and I am grateful going forward that I have Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch) as support and full time live in carers.

The girls are wonderful. No complaints at all. Always thoughtful and cheerful and always take the time to chat to my wife which is good for her to have some female company as she is housebound.

In the six months so far that I have used this agency, I have found the office personnel very professional and friendly. The carers themselves have been brilliant and are excellent at their jobs. We also have good banter between us. I have also used the 'out of hours' service and was very impressed.
