My experience of the care that I receive from Manorcourt is extremely good. The carers are excellent and nothing is too much bother for them. They are all polite and friendly and respect my dignity. The office staff are always polite and helpful whenever I phone and if I have a problem, it is always dealt with very efficiently.

We will be forever grateful for the level of care and friendship shown to Mum and Dad by everyone at Manor Court. Thank you for your dedication.
I am, and always have been, very happy with the carers I have.
Manorcourt were tireless in their efforts to provide my mother with the care and support she needed at home. The carers were professional and kind as they provided 24-hour care to my mother in her own home.
Kept up to date with changes in staff and what replacements are being done in respect of my son's needs.
We thank you for taking the time to send your review as we value all customer feedback to enable us to continually make improvements to our services.
The staff have looked after me for approximately two years and I cannot fault them. The only thing that worries me is the amount of money involved. At my age (89) it is a big worry.
Many thanks for your review. We base our pricing on a competitive basis and being comparable to residential and nursing homes. We are very pleased you are happy with the service we offer to you.
Outstanding service. Carers so lovely, kind and will go out of their way to help. Everyone is a total godsend. Without this service, carers support, I really would be at a loss. These guys are so supportive, kind and most of all there when you need them. Well done guys.
My experience is varied several years have passed and during that time people have come and gone. Most I think I get along with a few, however, are hard and I try and I can't. They are always in a rush and I wish someone could stay longer.
After a careful home assessment, a very nice girl was allocated to look after my mother who is not the easiest of people.
She was extremely patient with her, totally trustworthy and looked after her extremely conscientiously.
She also did light housework as well.
I think the carer was a really nice man. Dad hadn't changed his clothes and don't think he had showered, but I know how difficult he is, he probably got up and dressed before carer knew it. There was a misunderstanding that there was food in the freezer. Dad seemed happy when we got back, which is the main thing. Thank you.
My experience with Manorcourt is that they are excellent.
We are very pleased with the service my mother has been receiving.
I've had Manorcourt care for approx seven months. Overall the care is really good. One carer I have is excellent, she washes me to the point I feel clean all over. Her attitude is first class and I've never seen her miserable. The others are good, a couple are "slapdash" but hardly moan and are gentle, those that do moan start my day on a downside. But I must say all in all Manorcourt is run very well.
She has developed a good rapport with the two or three "regulars" that visit her each week and would like this situation to continue, please.
Whilst she understands that she may receive the odd visit from an unfamiliar face, she is happiest being in the company of those that she recognises.
Thank you for taking the time to submit this review, all feedback is appreciated.
Originally my father was receiving care once a week. This was then increased to once a day and then rapidly to 24/7, this happened within a tight time frame. The staff at Manorcourt proved to be reliable, conscientious and professional. The carers who came looked after my father with skill, compassion and care. I would not hesitate to recommend Manorcourt.
Many thanks for taking the time to complete the review, your feedback is appreciated.
The carer was a happy, kind, well-trained lady who took good care of mum while I was out of the country. Mum is already planning to have her again next year - I just hope she will be available. A really good experience - thank you.
Thank you for your review. We will do everything possible to have the carer available for when you require her.
I find the service very flexible. Staff helpful, friendly and approachable. I also find that having the same carer helps mum and the care to run smoothly.
Manorcourt Homecare has very satisfactorily cared for my mother for the last four years on a domiciliary basis to start with and on a live-in basis most recently. Apart from rare mismatches in personality or culture, the carers have been excellent, caring, respectful, patient and professional. Their training appears to be kept up to date with on-site training for live-in carers. The management arrangement has improved considerably over the last year and there is good communication with clients and their families.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to send this review.
I am very happy with the service at Manorcourt. Supplies for my sister.
We appreciate all comments received.
