Very polite and informative staff. A good team from carers to management. Any issues regarding care are always solved as soon as possible. We have been with Manorcourt over two years and find a very efficient service, reliable and always working with clients to achieve the best care possible. I would highly recommend them.
Always nice to receive a 5-star review. Thank you for taking the time to complete the review for our amazing team. We always aim to please.
The care my mother receives can only be described as outstanding. The regular carers treat her with understanding, respect and dignity. They are supportive and dedicated to ensuring that my mother's welfare is at a high standard. Communication skills are important with dementia and each carer demonstrates excellent skills and delivers a superb caring service. During the lockdown, they have carried out her care without interruption and continually give reassurance to Mum which is vital. The team at Manorcourt deserve a pat on the back - well done. Outstanding.
The carers that attend to this lady feel privileged to do so. They have her best interests at heart at all time and enjoy spending quality time with her. Thank you so much for your review
I have been with Manorcourt for six months now and in this time I have found them to be excellent. They listen to your needs and try to accommodate everything that you want. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate our carers being recognized for the excellent work they do.
Very caring and competent. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone from the carers to admin go the extra mile. I cannot recommend Manorcourt Homecare Thurrock high enough.
They support not only the client but the person at home caring. If we didn't have their help I wouldn't be able to continue to live at home.
Thank you for your amazing help and support.
In the two months of use, I have found the service provided by Manorcourt Homecare to be satisfactory in every way.
Very worried in these times but it is good to have someone to chat to help still.
From day one, your staff has been very kind and helpful to my Mother. She seems very happy with the care the ladies give her. As her son, I feel very happy with the care you give her. Thank you again.
Since the first meeting with the Managers, I felt quite confident that I would be able to approach them with any queries or problems. Fortunately, my Sister in Law does not require much more than minimum care, however, it is important that she has a communication of the carer each day. Due to the pandemic, we are restricted regarding visits but still talk daily via phone. Should she require more care in the future I am sure I would be given the information from the care managers.
Following the Covid19 outbreak, and my need to self isolate thereby having no hands-on contact, they accommodated a 7-day per week care package to include extra duties including laundry etc the jobs I usually take care of.
I cannot praise them highly enough; I feel completely secure leaving his care in their hands. Thank you and keep safe.
I have found this service excellent and can't fault it.
My markings for option cannot be beaten by anybody. A wonderful group.
The carers were first class. They communicated with my sister-in-law and ourselves and reported problems immediately and we were then contacted by the office staff. Times were kept and reports were accurate and medicines were given correctly. The office staff were excellent when contacted about a problem and dealt with the incident promptly.
Manorcourt Homecare carers have all shown to be competent and caring and look after my Dad extremely well and have given me great comfort to know I do not have to worry so much about him whilst in their care.
We have all been really pleased with the level of service that has been given to me and I have really appreciated the kindness of the helpers that come in and show great warmth and compassion. Thank you.
Carers from Manorcourt Homecare in Thurrock have always shown kindness and given mum the best care for over a year now. Carers become known to the family and there is mutual respect. When I have phoned the office for changes or extra care, or even phoned about a small problem, staff are always professional and nothing is too much trouble. I consider myself fortunate that I contacted this homecare provider.
My morning and evening regular carers are both of many years experience, understand my needs and are excellent timekeepers. They give me notice on any changes in their routine, can converse on local and world affairs which some carers of younger years would not find easy.
All the carers are very good.
The care my mum receives is second to none. Right across the board, she has had excellent care. The lady that comes daily is kind, loving and very understanding. The management is only ever one phone call away and they sort out any problem I may have with my mum straight away. First-class and couldn't ask for better.
The carers are all kind and caring and extremely reliable and professional. It is a great comfort to my sister and I, to know that our mum is being so well cared for when we cannot be there. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on the service we provide, this helps us to improve upon our service wherever required.
