Extremely caring, kind, compassionate and understanding of my care needs. Treated as an individual person and my voice is always heard. A very professional extent of care has always been given even in these very difficult times we are facing with COVID.
What a lovely review, thank you for taking the time to complete this.
I cannot praise Manorcourt enough with the care they provided for my dad. The team leaders bent over backwards to ensure Dad was receiving essential care four times a day at very short notice over the Christmas period. The Care Assistants who came in to tend to Dad, were friendly, attentive and extremely professional, giving our family peace of mind during a stressful time. Unfortunately, my dad passed away early January but I’ll never forget the role that Manorcourt played in providing my dad with the care he so deserved. Thank you so much to all involved. I could not have wished for a better service and will be eternally grateful to you all. You all do an amazing job.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. It was our pleasure to ensure your Dad had quality care to the end.
I have found these carers very good, caring and helpful. Always ready for a chat and never miserable.
Some of the carers are so helpful, they would do anything for you and stay for 20 minutes or longer.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. We are always happy to know our carers are doing a good job.
The care that was given to my great aunt was second to none. She was very particular in her ways and the lovely carers did as much as they could to cater for her ever-changing needs. Her regular carer was absolutely amazing and we can't thank her enough for the care she gave. We had peace of mind that she was being looked after when we were unable to visit.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We will pass on your compliments to our carers.
Wonderful people, caring and respectful of property. Always there when needed night and day.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review.
I found the team very caring and loving towards the care of my mother 24/7. Manorcourt Homecare management and staff were extremely professional all the time and would go out of their way for you all the time with care and any concerns. I would definitely recommend Manorcourt Homecare going forward.
Thank you, Kevin, for taking the time to submit this review. It was our pleasure to care for Mum.
I know how important it is for my mother to have that contact with others as she is bed-bound and in these difficult times when it is not possible to have visitors their visits are so important.
Their skills in identifying skin problems and issues with my mother's catheter care are second to none. I do not know how I would have managed without them.
I want it known that they are valued 'front line workers' and without them, the system would not work.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. I know all our carers enjoy spending the time with your mum. Also, the biscuits and tea they are given are much appreciated!
The carers are all top of the tree. Friendly and affable.
We found the home care service to be reliable and supportive. We requested this particular agency and we have no regrets. Thank you to all of the staff that were involved in Mum's care.
Thank you for taking the time to submit this lovely review. It was our pleasure to support Mum to remain in her own home.
I have someone to help with cleaning my home. Always on time and always does a lovely job. I like the fact it is the same lovely lady each time. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to submit such a lovely review.
My care workers re brilliant. The office staff is very happy to help me with any problems I have.
Thank you so much for the lovely review. I will ensure the compliments are passed on to the carers.
The staff are most professional. Times kept are good. Always asked if this needs to be changed at any time. Always in uniform and looking smart and masks are worn throughout the visit. Amazed at what the girls get done in their 30 minutes.
Thank you for taking the time to submit such positive comments.
Dad thinks it's excellent - he can't knock it at all. They always help with any request eg including a night visit as Dad has become a little more confused at times.
The carers are not only my carers, they are my friends. I would not be without them.
Very caring and helpful staff.
From the start, Manorcourt Homecare has been excellent with my Mum's care needs, following on from a broken shoulder needing surgery in January to suffering a mild stroke in May 2020. We have two carers four times a day and because they work a 12-day shift we have the same carers in the morning, lunch, and tea time and two different ladies for the bedtime shift. Mum has got to know them really well and they know what and how my Mum likes things done. They are always friendly but professional at all times and have been excellent throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for us. I will pass on your kind words to the particular carers.
We have found the service to be of a high standard and the carers to be thorough, very kind and thoughtful. This has allowed my sister and I to relax in the knowledge that our parents are being well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a positive review.
Excellent service.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review.
Manor Court and the lovely, professional staff attend to her daily needs, during the day, whilst I am at work.
I want to say a very big thank you to each of you lovely ladies who take the time to look after her needs during the day whilst I am at work. I have peace of mind knowing she is in professional hands. We both love you all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this review. We appreciate the lovely comments you have made and will ensure we pass on your thanks to all the carers.
