It's been life-changing. All the carers are caring and competent. My mum enjoys the change of company. It's lovely to feel confident that my mum is being supported in my absence. So if you are looking for some respite from care duties, Manorcourt provides a fantastic service. Thanks very much.

Everybody is contributing, doing what they can to make the world a better place. But everyone is faithful to do works committed in their hands with integrity. Thank you all for the good work you are doing and God's abundant blessings in Jesus' name amen, love you all.
We were somewhat apprehensive about employing a full-time respite carer, as my mother has never been very comfortable with people she does not know.
Our carer overcame all our fears, she immediately made Mother feel at ease, and she was able to deal with whatever issue that came her way. She was a joy to work with and nothing was too much trouble for her. This meant we were able to sleep easy during our break knowing all was well at home.
Mother felt very well cared for – perhaps even a little spoilt, and misses her carer's constant attention.
We will definitely be using respite care again.
I am very happy with the service I receive from Manorcourt. My carer comes promptly. Nothing is too much trouble and she's always pleasant and pleased to attend to me. I don't know what I would do without her.
Thank you very much for your positive review. It is always great when our clients express their gratitude, it makes the hard work our team does all the more worthwhile. Thanks again.
We found that the care my partner received was great, the way they treated her was very personal and being this was the first time she had needed this type of care, it made her feel comfortable about losing her dignity. All the carers involved have shown nothing but respect and care for her. It made her comfortable and relaxed because they seem part of our family.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service, and thank you for your kind words.
My mum was very pleased with the care she received and enjoyed talking to all the carers, who she described as young, lively and professional. I also appreciated the help and support of the manager when it became obvious that Mum was no longer able to cope living on her own.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service, it has been a pleasure to look after mum.
I find the carers helpful and happy. My regular carer goes above and beyond to help me.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our services, and thank you for your kind words.
My carers are all great (love them all) and the team leader is great too!
Thank you for your lovely review. I'm really pleased that you are happy with our service.
Dad hadn't needed carers until he became frail and wobbly on his feet. The carers that came in assured him he was safe whilst showering and washing and helped him with dressing. Dad came to enjoy having the carers in and when he had 'regulars' after a few weeks, he became comfortable chatting and actually didn't feel as worried about needing care. Dad did comment on how he felt respected and, in having such personal care, how friendly and kind his carers were. I felt happy, as did my siblings, in knowing Dad was being so well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service, it was a pleasure to look after your father.
I have two main carers which I am satisfied with. I like continuity, of course, I understand if one is off sick or on holiday but I'd prefer if the replacement was the same one - not a different one each day.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service.
No problems with any carers, all very helpful and caring.

As an ex-service veteran, I found it difficult to come to terms with the care system, having suffered a stroke in my mid/late nineties the Manorcourt staff from staff to management have well served me in my new life. The encouragement the staff have given has proved to help me to live my prior lifestyle and they have always given praise for the effort of commitment as best I can for which I am most grateful, I rate Manorcourt highly.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service and thank you for your kind words.

I cannot fault the supervisor and her team. The supervisor when above and beyond to cater for mum's rapidly changing requirements. She did this efficiently and without any problems. The team of carers went out of their way to make my mum feel special including one of them learning Spanish to make my mum comfortable and reassured. Well done to the team - Well done.

Absolutely fantastic, not one of the carers has been anything but so caring and kind. They do not rush anything and are so patient with my husband and encourage him to move, but never leave anything undone.
