Also, appreciate that you are understaffed, but when there is a problem when a carer may be late, I would appreciate a telephone call to avoid sitting in the bathroom waiting to have a wash for a long length of time.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. We do try to let people know if their carer is running a bit late but this is not always possible if we are not informed by the carer.
The carers are alright, they do everything you want them to do. They are very kind and we have a laugh with them. I enjoyed the rounders match the other day.
Thank you for your review. It was great to have a service user come along to our picnic day and actually join in with our rounders match.
Mum loves her carers.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. I know our carers are very fond of your mum.
All the carers who visited my mum were extremely caring, compassionate, friendly and sensitive to her needs. As a dementia sufferer she required different strategies to encourage her with her morning routines. She had two main carers who were absolutely lovely and made the mornings run smoothly as they efficiently got my mother ready for the day. I can not thank them enough.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review. I will make sure your thanks gets passed to the team who support Mum!
Professional and caring approach.
Thank you so much for this lovely review! I will pass this along to the carers, as feedback like this makes their day!
The main carer plus the others on her days off etc, are great at all times. They put you at ease, and help you as much as they can, all being so friendly.
Thanks for completing this review. It's good to know that you get on well with all the carers that visit and that we are delivering a good service.
Manorcourt Homecare have provided excellent support for my mum, and now my dad, since 2009. Recently when my dad's health deteriorated and he returned from a spell in respite care, Manorcourt management and staff reacted extremely quickly to put in at home. They are responsive to any requests and the staff are caring and reactive to ongoing care demands. I am very happy with the care provided.

Manorcourt Homecare have been looking after Mum for 2 and a half years. We have been very impressed with the level of care she receives and the way all the carers treat Mum with kindness, concern and dignity. They regularly go above and beyond their normal duties to support not only Mum but also my dad and their friendly manner while carrying out their duties is very much appreciated. We are also very lucky to have the dedicated support of an excellent team leader whose commitment and professionalism are second to none. Any questions we have are answered promptly and the medication officers also offer excellent support. We genuinely feel we have struck gold with Manorcourt at this difficult time of life for Mum.
Wow, what an amazing review! Thank you so much for completing this. I will make sure all the team involved with mum's care get to see your kind words.
