The care I receive has been of top quality and the care assistance is always friendly, courteous and very professional. I am more than happy with the service I receive on a Monday and a Thursday assisting me with bathing.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. Its good to know we are delivering 1st class care for you.
The carers who attend my mother are always professional and deal with her with the utmost kindness and respecting her dignity.
So nice to receive such positive feedback. Thank you very much for taking the time to complete this review.
I find all the staff at Manorcourt to be most helpful, polite and respectful. An example of how older people should be treated.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It's always good to receive feed back on how we are doing.
The staff and management are very helpful and it is only at the weekends that they have problems with not many staff working.
I have no complaints regarding my care. All of the carers are polite and considerate and carry out their duties well.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review the service received. I will make sure this is passed on to the care workers involved. Thank you again!
Very good and helpful.
Thank you so much for your kind review. I am so pleased to hear that your experience with Manorcourt Care has been such a positive one!
The scene changes for Friday to Sunday. I have a mix match or carers, I very seldom have the same carer two days running and they arrive any time from just after 7 am to 10 am. I phone the office to complain and all I get is 'sorry', 'shortage of staff' and 'ww will look into the problem' and not solving my situation Fridays to Sunday.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. Unfortunately, our carers cannot work 7 days a week and this would be why she cannot be with you every day, however, the weekends that she does work we will always send her to you.
With your carers care and attention, my legs have improved greatly so I am very pleased. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. It's good to know our carers are looking after you and have helped towards the improvement of your legs.
I am happy with the care I get, but would like the times to be the same each day like 8 am - 8:30 am and definitely no later than 8 am - 8:30 am on Sunday as I want to go to church. Thank you for all your help.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service. We know how important social activities are to people so always try to ensure a carer is with you before 8 on Sundays to enable you to go to church.
We are both very happy with the service provided over the past 15 months.
Many thanks for taking the time to complete a review of our service. I am so pleased that your overall experience gives us 5-stars. Unfortunately, our hands are tied with costings as we have no input with local authority charges.
We are saddened that one or two of the most considerate carers have left the company recently, to the detriment of the overall standard of care.
Thank you for the really lovely things you said about our carers, I have passed them on.
Friendly professional and always willing to help clean. Always wearing required protection.
Thank you for taking the time to submit this lovely feedback!
My sister has had carers from Manor Court for over 10 years, she suffered from schizophrenia for 54 years and as her physical state got poorer she ended up having four visits a day from carers, she passed away two days before Christmas. The care shown by all the carers was excellent, caring and thoughful, they treated my sister with dignity at all times. The office staff were excellent when I rang them, especially with dealing with her controlled drugs. I can't thank them enough!
Thanks Alan for your really thoughtful review. I have passed on your thanks to all the team. I know all the carers enjoyed their visits with your sister.
My dad has received care from Manorcourt Homecare for 3 years. During this time his care has had to increase from 1 visit to 4 visits. During this period all staff who have attended have treated my dad respectfully and treated the home respectfully as well. Carers engaged with my dad are helpful and supportive.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service.
The carers are sensitive to my mother's needs and treat her with affection which includes taking her criticisms of them in a light hearted way as an example of my mother's character and sense of humour. When asked to review the care she received, my mother always asked for less variation in the carers seen so that the carers got to know her and she them.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of our service.
Very pleasant, polite ladies.
My dad became a client in July and since then, due to the care provided, his health and wellbeing has increased dramatically. My sister and I are not local, therefore this service now also gives us peace of mind.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It gives us great pleasure in knowing that what we do, has not only improved your dad's well-being but gives you and your sister peace of mind.
We have all been thrilled, touched and grateful beyond words for the love, care and attention which his carer has shown him. Every day has been one with a compassionate mind and thoughtful approach so as to always maintain his dignity and enjoyment of his home, garden, cat and life without his much-loved wife.
She has managed the seemingly impossible, by always having an immaculate, warm and loving home whilst breezing through the care routine for my father without complaint or comment. Her laugh, smile, wise words and good humour will be much missed on Gladstone Road.
This company provided a call-out service as an emergency for 2-nights and 3-daytime calls over and above the commissioned care package. It enabled my mother-in-law to stay at home almost to the end of her life. The care, compassion and help received were beyond first class.
Thank you for taking the time to give a review of our service. I will ensure I pass on your kind words to the carers that attended to mum.
Carers are very good and helpful.
Thank you for reviewing our service. We are always happy to receive feedback from our customers.
