Carers from Manorcourt Homecare in Thurrock have always shown kindness and given mum the best care for over a year now. Carers become known to the family and there is mutual respect. When I have phoned the office for changes or extra care, or even phoned about a small problem, staff are always professional
and nothing is too much trouble. I consider myself fortunate that I contacted this homecare provider.

My morning and evening regular carers are both of many years experience, understand my needs and are excellent timekeepers. They give me notice on any changes in their routine, can converse on local and world affairs which some carers of younger years would not find easy.

The care my mum receives is second to none. Right across the board, she has had excellent care. The lady that comes daily is kind, loving and very understanding. The management is only ever one phone call away and they sort out any problem I may have with my mum straight away. First-class and couldn't
ask for better.

Outstanding service. Carers so lovely, kind and will go out of their way to help. Everyone is a total godsend. Without this service, carers support, I really would be at a loss. These guys are so supportive, kind and most of all there when you need them. Well done guys.

My experience is varied several years have passed and during that time people have come and gone. Most I think I get along with a few, however, are hard and I try and I can't. They are always in a rush and I wish someone could stay longer.

I've had Manorcourt care for approx seven months. Overall the care is really good. One carer I have is excellent, she washes me to the point I feel clean all over. Her attitude is first class and I've never seen her miserable. The others are good, a couple are "slapdash" but hardly moan and are gentle,
those that do moan start my day on a downside. But I must say all in all Manorcourt is run very well.

I find the service very flexible. Staff helpful, friendly and approachable. I also find that having the same carer helps mum and the care to run smoothly.

When you open the door, it's like letting the family in. They not only help my husband, but they also help me in lots of different ways. The biggest way is they make me laugh and lift my spirits. My husband is basically bed bound which makes me housebound but when your girls come in they make my life
so much better.

In the main, I am well satisfied with Manorcourt, since I put the point across that I do not respond to my full name, only my shortened name. My regular carers respect my point of view and go along with my standpoint.

My neighbour was diagnosed with Alzheimer's approximately six years ago. Manorcourt Care Agency began caring for her around the same time.
With their care and support, now six times each day, she is able to continue living in her own home. She was born in the house, almost 89 years ago.
Doing a good
job.

All the staff extremely helpful, always cheerful, good fun. Very tender with my wife, listen to her, put washing in the machine, put rubbish in the bin. Very careful when getting my wife out of bed for a shower when required.
