Manorcourt has provided home care for my mother for the past six years. The care she has received has been of the highest quality, and all the carers have shown understanding, care and commitment to all that they do. This also is shown in the compassionate way they carry out their duties.
Thank you for your kind words. I think I speak on behalf of all the carers that attended to mum in saying that it was a pleasure to spend time with her.
Have received exceptional care from staff and carers at all times.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It is always nice to get good feed back. I will pass your compliment on to the team.
My aunt and uncle both needed carers and were initially given another company which I wasn’t happy with. We took the leap of faith using Manorcourt and couldn’t be happier. Everyone from the carers to the office staff are so caring, taking their time and making you feel valued. The lady in the office has been an immense help, really going above and beyond ensuring that there was a continuity of care and that the medical side of things ran smoothly. The carers have been so lovely, taking their time and treating my aunt and uncle with dignity and compassion. I really cannot rate Manorcourt highly enough. Such personal service that really goes a long way to giving me peace of mind and confidence in them.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. All reviews are highly valued and it is great to receive such positive feedback. Thank you.
Excellent service from management office and carers, always very helpful not only with care service but with general advice. Carers were so good with my mother so caring and attentive and encouraging, helping her to dress and wash. Also, they would call out district nurses if needed and inform GP surgery and everything was always reported to their office. They became her friend, all her family were so impressed with the whole company. Thank you all so much.
What a lovely review. Thank you for taking the time to complete the review of our branch. I will pass on your kind words to our carers.
They were reliable and reported any concerns when they visited.

Having used Manorcourt Homecare for a while now to look after my mum, I have found them to be extremely caring, professional and lovely ladies. My mum was very poorly, but she now recognises her carers and is genuinely pleased to see them, which is down to their patience and care. They treat her with dignity and their kindness and care really shines through. I can go to work knowing my mum is thoroughly being looked after and she is happy and content as I am. It also applies to how I have found management and staff, always willing to do their utmost to help with any queries. I would recommend Manorcourt Homecare to anyone who needs home care.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments, and for taking the time to review us. I will make sure I pass on to all the team your kind words.

Myself and my partner are extremely happy with the care and support we have received from the girls at Manorcourt Homecare (Thurrock). Since January, the care my partner has received has been excellent, the girls are supportive, caring, respective and we both feel at ease in their company. I want to thank them for all they do each day; they have become part of our family now. Wow, what a team.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I will pass your compliment on to the relevant carers.
I am very pleased with the care I am receiving. The carers are wonderful and know exactly what I need. They are top class and always friendly and considerate.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review.
My mother has received extremely good care during the past year. In particular, her main carer has been wonderful. It has been so reassuring for our family that she is being looked after so well, especially during the lockdown when it has been difficult to visit her ourselves.
Thank you, S A, for taking the time to submit a review regarding the care your mother has been receiving. We appreciate all feedback.
Both my mother and myself continue to be very happy with the service provided by Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch). The main live-in carer has been fantastic and goes above and beyond to provide a very high standard of care for my mother. This has been especially comforting during the long periods of lockdown when I have been unable to have face to face contact with my mother. I have always found the managerial staff to be very receptive and helpful. I have really appreciated the managed handovers as this has given me confidence regarding continuity of care when the main carer is away. Thank you very much Manorcourt Homecare (Hornchurch).
Thank you, Hazel, for taking the time to submit your review. We hope that you will be able to have face to face contact with your mother again soon.
I'm very pleased with my carers, they help me as much as they can.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for us. Feedback is always welcome.
Since the announcement of the very first COVID lockdown, we have has respite care offered to us at last minute, likewise, cancelled at the last minute. Daycare on and off - all of which resulted in calls changed, cancelled and sometimes reinstated at the last minute. At all times the office dealt with calls from us as if it was 'run of the mill', likewise, the carers who came in, came in without a fuss, even when my daughter contracted COVID. Our confidence in them has only increased.
Carrs always on time, efficient and friendly. Particularly the morning carer, who goes the extra mile looking after Mum. Would recommend Manorcourt.
Many thanks for your lovely review. It's good to know our carers are going that extra mile to keep Mum's spirits up after her sad loss.
Mum's care all through lockdown has been brilliant. The carers are polite, friendly and know Mum well. They always inform me of any concerns they ave with Mum's eating/diet or medical problems. Would truly recommend Manorcourt to friends, family and work colleagues.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. We really appreciate the feedback and will definitely pass on to the carers that look after Mum. We know how fond they all are of her.
I have had lovely care with all the carers who have come into me since I was taken ill and I wish to thank them for their care.
